Stopped in here with a friend based on her suggestion. Good food, small joint, half priced sushi rolls...Deal. Ended up ordering two amazing half price rolls and some other stuff, and the bill was like... $20 and fist of ones for myself. The fish tastes fresh and service was great. Will absolutely be back.

The fact that their sesame chicken was actually chicken and not mostly or entirely breading is enough as is to give this place a 5-star ratingBut overall the food was great! Crab rangoons were left out of my last order and they were very quick to right down my name and told me I could come back and get it any day, and they kept their word!!! The crab rangoons are delicious btw

I absolutely love this restaurant because this is the only one I've found around Knoxville that has the perfect, best, and my favorite kind of Crab Rangoons! Servers are very respectful, professional, and always happy and polite!

The food was delicious, hot, and well priced!Service was quick, but the restaurant is quite small. Only a few tables. I'm not sure if that's why we felt rushed by our waiter. We were gonna get dessert, but she gave us a box and the check before I was done eating, so we opted to leave and get something sweet elsewhere.

We use to come here all the time and get food, but we moved and hadn’t been in a few years. We stopped to get take out today and the food has drastically changed and not for the better. I ordered orange chicken with lo mein and it was awful. The chicken was soggy with a thin sauce, and the lo mein was dry, overcooked with no flavor. We also got sweet and sour chicken, egg drop soup, and dumplings. The egg drop soup and dumplings were good but the wontons were stale, and the sweet and sour chicken was cold yet the other food was hot. Just disappointing because it use to be so good.

This place has been solid for years. I frequented here when I lived in the area 6 or 7 years ago. It was great and reasonable then with friendly folks. I'm working in the area so I figured I'd stop in and see if it's the same quality this many years later. It definitely is. The servers are generally extremely polite and on top of whether it's take out or dining in. It's generous portions for pricing. I can also order online!

Ichiban is a Powell staple! They have great food and very sweet, kind couple who owns it. Daniel, his wife, and his team have consistently provided great service in such a quaint atmosphere. Highly recommend anything on the menu, but we always lean towards the sushi or bento boxes!

Ordered online, never had before but it’s right down the road from my house so I thought i’d give it a try and man was this DELICIOUS!! Ordered the chicken hibachi bento box assuming it was normal serving but I had to share with the whole family lol. For $20 (with tip) TOTALLY worth the price!! Will be coming back!!
