Very chaotic. Ordered on the app. Got there on time then waited another 45 mins. Probably won’t be back. I know that means nothing these days and that’s fine. If I owned a business and couldn’t carry the load of doing online orders I probably just wouldn’t do them. You’ve been warned

Ordered online. Order 30 minutes late from pick up time. A bunch of guys not doing anything and the only girl at the location was working all the sandwiches. Could have gone through line twice and ate before got the online order. Should not take online orders if you are not going to fill them.

I am a long time customer and the employee I had was so rude it honestly made me not want to go again. I’m not one to complain but as a branch manager for a credit union and branch manager for 8 year I would never allow my employees to behave in this manner.

I've been there multiple times and it's always really good! I end up getting it to go most of the time because I'm just on my way somewhere and want something great!

Bro..... why have I never eaten here before. The subs are BANGIN!!! I got the steak and cheese with jalapeños. I switched out the Jalapeños for banana peppers and they cook it fresh rich then and there. Going back for their signature Italian.

The slowest and most frustrating experience I have ever had at a Jersey Mikes. Had to leave without our order because the workers move at a snails pace in addition to being unable to multi task. Not to mention the one employee kept touching his face while slicing meet, taking orders, and the rest of the staff watched and didnt help at all.

I will not order again until packaging process is changed. My sandwich was delivered in a bag with just a twist at the top of the bag. There was no seal or tape to ensure the contents had not been tampered with and the delivery person just handed me the bag which is expected but that person or someone riding along with the delivery person could have easily tampered with the contents and I would never know it. There's just no excuse not to have something in place to ensure tampering has not occurred. A change would help the delivery person and the customer. Such a simple solution.

Love all the subs but hands down the very best cheese steak for fast food. Also love the red pepper relish on everything! Pleasant place to eat in with pictures of jersey shore on the walls.

Let me start with their food is solid, and the store is clean. Additionally, I wasn't making a purchase. I was picking up a delivery. When I arrived, there was 1 person placing an order and 1 person helping them. There was 2 other employees making food, and 1 more in the back, total of 4 workers. 2 customers in line including myself. My order and 1 other sitting within arms reach of the cashier. The cashier made eye contact multiple times while taking care of the customer. I waited patiently expecting them to address me next. Nope. He heads to make the sandwich. Again, I wait patiently. The employee from the back comes up, looks at me, puts gloves on and heads to the back. While the other customer's order is being made 2 more customers came in. At anytime, there could have been a 15 second discussion, I would have had my order and been gone. After that otter was made, I thought for sure he would talk to me. Nope. Looks at me then heads to make another order. At this point I asked if SOMEONE could help me, rather loudly. It took the girl much further away to address me and hand me the order. I called out the guy on the register who all but ignored me and the guy on the grill came to his defense with "Its his 4th day!" While I feel for the new guy, he knew how to ring in an order, take payment for the order and even how to make the sandwiches. Somewhere before that I would hope they taught him words and customer service. "Can I help you?" "I'll be with you in just a second." "Can someone help this person?" Any of these would have helped or even solved the situation. Instead, the grill cook(mgr?) made an excuse and then sarcastically said, "Have a great day!" and as I headed out the door, I retorted, "I will now that I'm leaving." I have managed fast food. I have manged sit down dining. I have done multi-store retail management. Customer service is key. One simple statement or question could have eliminated the situation. Instead, it was made into a loud disturbance and a post on Google reviews. Management, teach your employees customer service and how to take initiative.Parking: A lot of businesses sharing one lot
