The place was packed early on and stayed that way. Which is no wonder, the folks were having a good time in a pub.... like they're supposed to! The service was good and the dishes comforting. Let's not forget the vast selection of whiskeys and beer.

If I could rate it zero i would.. we got the scotch egg and 2 orders of fish and chips and the fish was so tough and chewy the breading was dripping with water. Fries were cold and soggy.. We wont be back.. Waste of $68.00 very disappointed!!

This was my first time here. Tried it out with three friends and had a really good time.One person ordered the highland cheeseburger, medium rare, with fries. The first plate to be delivered to him had cold fries, and the burger was well done. He ended up sending it back.The next time it was delivered, the fries were hot, but again, the burger was well done. He spoke to our waitress about it, and eventually a manager walked out and apologized. They did compensate him by not charging for his meal.I had the Steak and ale pie, which was relatively good, and plenty hot.They also offer an extremely large selection of whiskies. They have over 1,000 different selections to choose from. We didn't try them all, but gave it a valiant effort!Parking: We parked in a public lot, about a block away. An easy walk.
Surprised that a Scotch/Irish Pub wouldn't have local Scotch/Irish music playing in restaurant. I know you have live music on certain days, but would have been nice. Place needed a good cleaning.

The memorabilia is worth a visit in itself. Then add the fantastic food and scotch selections and it's well worth a visit.And to our delight and surprise we met Sarah. What a bright and shining star on a gloomy day. Her bartending skills are top notch, with a personality to match. What a delightful way to spend a Wednesday afternoon. I had fantastic Irish coffee and and a Killer bloody Mary.We hated to leave.Kudos to your selection of someone to be the face of your establishment.

We just love this place. It's separated into three separate sections with each having its own distinct vibe, while keeping within the theme. The bar area is large with booth style seating, opposite it is a room with some fun games (including darts), but the middle room is our favorite. It features a nice stage and instruments hanging all over the walls. They host weekly Bluegrass, Scottish, Irish, Open Mics, Old Time, and Celtic Jams, as well as a full schedule of bands and singer/songwriters. You are encouraged to pull an instrument off the wall at the jams if you want to join in on the fun! We love the Traditional Pies here. The puff pastry is delicious, the filling is perfect, and it always comes out piping hot! Great spot for a dinner, drinks, or a gathering with friends! Definitely give it a shot.
