They never give you the freebies you order. In the past you could watch them prepare your Sub now you can't, and by the time you get home it's too late. Publix for me from now on.

I order here every time I’m close. I got a Billy Club to go so disappointed. Who ever made it put one piece of ham on it and it should have roast beef, ham and provolone. I’m keeping my ticket for my next visit. They never answer a phone. It has bacon that’s should not be on it

Rewards program not working on the day I went.... Manager said just use receipt to get reward points.... He lied to my face as this is not an option..... done with them...food is like cheap cold cuts wrapped in a paper towel holder anyway.....lots of better sandwich joints out there.....

Sandwich took around an hour and a half to arrive. Staff on the phone told us only one driver was staffed, so they were delivering 8+ addresses at once. These employees don’t deserve to be stretched so thin.I normally let this slide if it happens once and a while, but it’s every day.Poor store management, they have had issues almost every time I have ordered. Their management also artificially shrinks their delivery range on the app, so you have to call in. Terrible way to solve the problem of not properly managing staffing and resources. Corporate should come in and audit this location in order to better serve Jimmy John’s bottom line and customer satisfaction. Review was already left on Jimmy John’s website.

Horrible. No customer service just like every other place. Couldn't find my apartment so they left outside another apartment and didn't even bother saying. Not that that would have been ok! Food sitting out in 85 degree weather. Wish I would have read reviews before ordering! Stay away from here..all they do is pay people to take money. I would be scared letting these people handle my food.

I am absolutely FURIOUS and DISGUSTED with the pathetic excuse for service we received from this Jimmy John's location. We placed a whopping $170 order for our 14 person company event, expecting a seamless and stress-free experience, but what we got was an utter NIGHTMARE!Imagine our SHOCK and HORROR when we opened up the delivery bags to find not one, not two, but TWO bags of chips MISSING, a brownie that mysteriously VANISHED, and to top it all off, a Sprite that was obviously TOO MUCH to handle for the inept employees of this godforsaken establishment.Do you have any idea the ANGUISH and EMBARRASSMENT this has caused in our office? We were left with a spread that looks like it was scraped together from the bottom of a dumpster, rather than a well-organized, carefully planned company event. I can't even BEGIN to describe the LOOKS OF DISBELIEF on our colleagues' faces when they realized that the food we had been so eagerly awaiting was RUINED by the absolute MALPRACTICE of Jimmy John's.It's not just about the missing items; it's about the complete and UTTER LACK OF RESPECT for paying customers who had placed a LARGE and IMPORTANT order. We trusted you to provide a BASIC level of service, and you managed to fail MISERABLY. We might as well have flushed our hard-earned money down the toilet, because that's exactly how valuable your so-called "service" was to us.I am deeply DISGUSTED by the lack of professionalism displayed by this Jimmy John's branch. Your blatant NEGLIGENCE has caused us embarrassment, frustration, and a HUMILIATING company event that will go down in history as a monumental FAILURE thanks to YOUR INCOMPETENCE.I wouldn't recommend this Jimmy John's to my worst enemy. If you have any ounce of self-respect, steer CLEAR of this joke of an establishment. Save yourself the EMBARRASSMENT, ANGER, and DISGUST that we had to endure thanks to their complete and utter INEPTITUDE. It's a shame that I can't give negative stars, because they certainly deserve NOTHING in the way of a positive review after the ABSOLUTE DISASTER they caused.

I got the gargantuan I belive it's called. If your hungry hungry, a regular size one of these is a bonus. If you want to eat for days, get the XL. It has EVERYTHING on it and is a hunger buster!

My husband and I stopped at this location for lunch on Friday, August 18, 2023. It took the gal behind the cash register about seven minutes to take an order for two sandwiches. She had to redo it more than once. Then we waited another 25 minutes for our two sandwiches because they had a huge Colin order that they put ahead of everyone that was waiting in the restaurant and in the drive up line. I will refused to give my business to a company that puts a huge catering order ahead of people that are in front of them waiting for their food.
