Good selection of food at good prices. Staff is mostly excellent, especially Vernon at the self-checkout. Been having an issue with their new security company checking my bags, I'm a daily customer, not a thief. They seem to be falsely advertising themselves as police as well (they refused to show me any police ID). And there's always people out front asking for change, Could improve the security. And hire more people like Vernon please.

Upon arrival the Manager was rude. My daughter has a service dog and the invention that the law requires in Tennessee is to declare the dog. I made it clear to him that the ADA Act was the same in all states and he continued his hostility even as a Labrador with his vest and many patches. Then let's talk about the musty smell, low lighting and yellow bulbs, the Cable Dish was scrubbed all the time. When I looked at the tray the glasses had a hair and when I opened the fridge it was dirty and rubbish. Terrible...

We only stayed 1 night, but it worked well for us. Breakfast was good - plenty of choices hot/cold items. Room needed a bit of TLC, but was fine for 1 night. Good wi-fi, and friendly receptionist. Close to highway, so easy for traveling.

Need to have bacon and set up breakfast area better and redecorate the lobby area make it more inviting and when women are travelling by there self there should be someone to help with luggage but besides that good atmosphere

Outside of the place looked great, but the inside was a different story. The bathroom had mold around the plug in the tub. There was a big rip in the bedspread, which was the first thing you saw when you walked into the room. The heater would not turn down, we like to have roasted. At check in I could barely understand what the man was staying. Don't waste your money here!

The hotel was quiet and in a good location close to restaurants, Walmart and even the movies. They have more than just a continental breakfast, which is surprising for a Microtel! The staff was very helpful!
