I made the Krystal employees make a steamer pack at 3:30am. I felt bad but hungry bellies demanded satisfaction. I didn't even have to wait long. After 3am I wasn't expecting it to be a delicacy, but it was an unexpected homerun. They made some sleepless souls very happy this morning. I'm grateful and will return next time bellies are growling when everything else is closed.

First in line inside. 5 workers visible. Waited 20 minutes at counter. Never got waited on. They only took or filled orders from the few drive thru customers. Place looked filthy anyway. We finally gave up and went next door to eat.

This is my second time walking into an empty store with no customers in the drive thru & I’m still here waiting to be noticed.The manager doesn’t use the POS to take orders, so we have no idea what we’re being charged till they tell us & proceeded to almost ‘nod off’ when trying to ask us a question.Well, that’d all be fine if it wasn’t for their workers not knowing how to keep food fresh.My entire house including me is food poisoned AGAIN from this same location.Go to Chick Fil a & then go to Krystal’s. It’s Day & Night for Customer service, quality of food & Overall order time.Please shut this location down!

Being from Michigan and never seeing a Krystal’s nor having one close enough to me, I was quite excited to try one after seeing many on my road trip down south. Let me tell you, worst decision of my vacation. Most disgusting piece of meat I have ever received from a fast food restaurant. It was grey and I mean as grey as an elephant and smelled of body odor; like the stale smell of a public transit bus. We ordered 2 4 pack meals with cheese and all 8 went to the trash. The spicy chicken mini sandwich was overly dry and near flavorless. Service was a like watching a wind up doll on a glitch… the only positive things about this place were the mini chili dogs, French fries & chili fries. A waste of money and time for this place, not sure how they are still in business. Edit to add: my car still smells of the raunchy body Oder, or I should say spoiled meat. I wish I had pics to show my words but I couldn’t get that trash wrapped fast enough.

No cars in drive thru. Waited at speaker for 5 minutes. When they finally answered he was laughing and talking. I had to repeat my order twice and still was talking to someone around him. Asked my order for a third time. I just drove off. He wasn't paying attention was to busy talking and joking with his co workers. Went to Clinton hwy Krystals instead.

Order was wrong but they corrected it. Then the 1st Chick was horrible. The bottom bun was soaking wet so I ate the chicken and the top bun. The 2nd chick bun was so hard I couldn't eat the bun at all so I just ate the chicken. The 3rd one I just threw out. The best part of the meal was the sprite but then I don't think you can really mess that up. I probably won't go back to this Krystal again. Plus, I don't see how three chiks and a medium drink costs $15.00!!!
