Great casual atmosphere. Food is excellent. Wonderful service, despite usually being very busy. We almost always hit this spot whenever we are in Knoxville. Highly recommend.
This used to be our favorite Mexican place to eat until last night. We received terrible service from our waiter, she was very RUDE and had terrible customer service. When we told her our food tasted burnt she responded with “no one else has complained” then proceeded to walk away. We had to ask for a manager several times before we ever got one. She eventually brought more food but did not replace all of it, she chose what she wanted to replace. My husband left the restaurant without eating a meal after a long 2 hr drawn out process.SHE NEEDS A ATTITUDE RE-ADJUSTMENT and THEY HAVE LOST LOYAL CUSTOMERS!And if you see the woman that works there (the only woman there) request someone else or leave!

This was my first time at this restaurant. I was trying to read the menu but so much of the foods are foreign to me. The waiter asked if he could help, and he did. The waiter suggested a steak quesadeia and salad. It was very good. The steak was not spicy and the salad added to the quesadia made a very good open burrito!
Quality has gone down with the fajitas (meat quality)and the chicken burrito.I usually get a margarita, which are the best I've found. I didn't get one this time,so the jury is out,on that.I always stop there when I'm in town. Makes me sad, I'm looking for a new place.

Went there on a weekend and the wait was not long. The service was speedy, the margs were delicious and the food was great. Even though it’s in a shopping center, the vibe inside is cool.

I'm not a hater but the food has absolutely no flavor... None. The food is button of the jug for me and I love Mexican food. The atmosphere is hopping and the drinks are real. If you're not a drinker and want good Mexican food (TexMex or authentic) go somewhere else.A lot of people that don't season their food will love it and that's ok
