Don't let the outside run you off like almost did me. Inside is very clean and the cheese steak & fries were very good. The cashier was very friendly. If in the area, give them a try.

We found this place looking for a for you sub shop and we are so glad we stopped here instead. The chicken Philly was amazing and the Ruben was delicious. Definitely give this shop a try. You will not be disappointed.
Went there today ordered cheesesteak , had no cheese . No ice for tea n anyway only had 1/2 glass of tea after we had to go back to get glasses . Someone came in with ice but was never offered any had to go n ask for it again. Worst cheesesteak I’ve ever had . Dry almost burnt n no cheese

Lou is a true gem. My husband and I decided to give Lou's a try after a recommendation from his co-worker that he had the best steak and cheese and pretty much everything. My husband and Lou bonded over both being from New York and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. My husband had the steak and cheese and I decided to go with the chicken cheese steak based on Lou's recommendation and we split both subs. Everything was hot, fresh, and mouthwateringly delicious. The housemade tea and lemonade was phenomenal and our fries were perfectly seasoned hot and fresh. I will definitely be a repeat customer. You will be doing yourself a great disservice if you do not visit this establishment and give this wonderful human being your business.
Not realizing, my husband and I showed up 10 minutes before they closed. The owner was more than happy to take our order and had our food ready in 12 minutes. Everything was cooked to perfection. 100% recommend!
The food was awesome, my wife has a Ruben, I had a chopped cheese. Great flavor and the fries were seasoned very well. 10/10 We will definitely be coming back.

The wife and I came to eat tonight, and we thought it was fantastic! We sat down inside to eat. Lou's was kept clean. The food is made to order so it came out fresh. She had a Cheeseburger which she loved and it looked pretty hefty. I ate the Chicken Philly Cheese with banana peppers, green peppers, and jalapenos. It was marvelous! We both had their fresh cut fries, which in all honesty were plentiful and delicious!
