As a family fun center, it's loud. But it was clean, well maintained, and well staffed. Everything in the building was working, from games, to zip line equipment to for and beverage--absolutely nothing was out of order.I reported a problem with one of their skee ball lanes and was given a refund with no questions asked outside of an explanation as to what happened so they could fix the problem. Everyone was pleasant. The one thing that was a little concerning was the police presence. Armed officers were on-site. I'm not from the area, so I'm not sure why they were there, but they interacted with patrons in a friendly manner.Overall, I'd have no problem going back.

A fun place for people of all ages, relatively expensive but worth going especially for the laser tag

We walked in greeted by nobody. The bartender was sassy about the pools tables. We then moved to bowling. When we walked up to the desk the boy already had already ignored my fiancé and my sisters boy friend who are both African American. We (females) finished getting shoes for games etc. we went to our alley where nobody around had bowling shoes on. The man from the register shut our game off and told us to put shoes on but said nothing to the 15 gentlemen next to us in slippers. When we asked for a refund 10 MINUTES into a game they told us if we played we could if not then we couldn’t not. We left on a very bad note. Awful experience awful management. They had very racist comments during the exchange

Kid-friendliness: I think that is a nice extra that you get a little collectible kids' cup ? and 2 slices of watermelon ? pretty nice, especially considering that $6.97 with all of that is probably better than a fast food place. Adults may also order from the kids' menu as well, there isn't any age limits or restrictions or rudeness when ordered obviously it isn't a kid

Nice place to go. Have fun play pool food it’s OK services is good but what makes it fun is the arcade the bowling Arena, laser tag, ice cream parlor, mixed drinks are good. The food is decent not the best but not nasty either.. I like main event a lot, most of what I get is queso and chips nothing else or maybe ice cream, drink a beer when I have a taste for beer

The wizard of oz was broken most of the time. It was either out of coins, card, or stuck. We spent most of our time trying to find someone to fix it, then when I asked for a credit of tokens due to the constant issues and lack of cards in the game, which is why you play, we were given 2.50 cents of tokens by ME. Keep in mind we spent 120$ before we realized the machine is defective. Poor customer service and a blatant smack in the face response.

Food in here with some of the worst I've had. The chicken sandwiches must be pre-cooked and kept in a warmer. It was super dry with the grilled chicken and I ordered a side salad. 1/4 of it was purple onions and I got no utensils napkins. The guy at the front was pretty rude as well when we were asking questions about the deals they had. This wasn't a very good experience with the size party we had.

This last weekend, went to Main Event, at 9081 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN. The kids from Band had a field trip planned and I was asked to help chaperone the event. The Field Trip was to Main Event. I have never been there before but I am always wanting to try new things so I went along. The building was huge, the Parking was open when we got there, there are plenty of parking spaces including Handicap parking as well. Their parking lot was clean. We went in, of course there is a Sales Office right inside the front door. There was also a wall for Main Event which has similar the those Red Carpet walls you see on the TV shows sometimes. The Main entry is accessible to everyone including persons in Wheelchairs. The Restrooms were also Wheelchair accessible. We went to the Main Event Welcome Station, basically a large Menu of the various events and prices (picture included). To the Left side there is a huge gaming area and to the right side there was La Bella's Italian Street Food (opens at 11:00 am), the Bar/Lounge Area, Pool Table going between the Bar and the Front of the building. There were 2 different Playroom behind the Lounge Area. Looking toward the Back of the building (inside) on the Left is a Gift Shop (Credits from the games to purchase), a Laser Tag Arena, and a 22 Lanes Bowling Alley. Between the upper Bowling Alley and La Bella's are long tables for Birthday Parties or whatever. I do know that they have to be reserved in advance. Also, in the Game, above all the games is a Rope Course complete with a Zip Line.To the best of my knowledge, all the kids that I helped to chaperone had a good time. They Bowled, they did Laser Tag, some did the Rope Course & Zip Line, they ate Pizza, they had soft drinks & ate Desserts.I did not have pizza or soft drinks, I ordered Beef Nachos from the Bar as it was about the healthiest choice on their Menu. They had Beefy Burgers and No-Bun options but when I asked about the Beef, meaning if it was 70/30, 75/25, 80/20, 85/15, 90/10 and so one, they could not answer my question. I did look up the Main Event Nutritional Facts for the dishes they serve. Their 'No-Bun Burger Bowl' wads 73g of fat, which made me think that there Beef is 70/30 or 75/25. The nachos were an easy out for me. Especially since I got a few bites, no worries.Anyway, the Kids had fun, my girlfriend had fun and I had fun as well. I will go back there some day soon.Their building is clean, plenty of parking including Handicap spaces, Wheelchair accessible as well, and The Staff are friendly & helpful.Leave us a Like (below) if you read the review.Parking: Plenty of Parking including Handicap spacesWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible
