Don’t visit this place unless you have as nothing else to do. This was our experience today: came in at 3:30, were told we would have to wait until 6. We decided to wait around, walk a bit and dine in… to find out at 5:45 that we still had another hour and half of waiting time. And all we got as a response is a “ups! So sorry”. Terrible customer experience, we wished they would have bebe honest about it instead of lying and at least giving us a new update if the waiting time had changed. At that point, no matter what else w do, we are just pissed off. It’s expensive and looks fun, not worth it to spend 6 hours in mostly waiting to play.Never coming back.

The facility is clean, well-maintained, and boasts a modern aesthetic that immediately caught our eye.The star of the show, however, was undeniably the stellar service provided by Emily at the downstairs hostess desk, one of Maple Lanes' many standout employees. Her enthusiasm and genuine passion for ensuring guests have a great time were evident from the get-go. Emily went above and beyond to make sure our group had everything we needed and were taken care of.Emily's dedication to customer satisfaction truly made our visit special. Her friendly demeanor and help created an inviting atmosphere that made us feel not only welcomed but also valued as customers. It's employees like Emily who elevate a good experience to an exceptional one!!

Hosted an event in the Maple Room. From first inquiring about the event to hosting- Maple Hall staff was so helpful and wonderful! They are very service oriented and the event went so smoothly. I had a lot of questions and they were answered very quickly. Servers were excellent! I would definitely host another event here- they made it so easy.

I have attended multiple and held one birthday party at Maple Hall and have had amazing experiences each time. All members of the staff were great to work with. I received timely responses from management regarding booking and had excellent wait staff while attending. I would recommend to anyone looking for a unique date night or party hosting!

The place has everything!Great food, a well stocked bar, TVs all over the place, so it's easy to keep up with one's sports teams while you're there and a bowling alley!The prices are better than I expected. I picked up the tab for our group of 17's food, drink, and bowling and was expecting a HUGE bill but was really surprised (happily) at how reasonable it actually was.I noticed the below question regarding ordering tickets in advance and am happy to say that you don't need tickets to get in.

Great Place!! Lanes were comfortable, drinks and food were good and best of all, the service was spot on.Specifically, the couches around the lanes make for a comfortable and sociable atmosphere. I would also recommend booking a minimum of 2 hrs. That allows time for two to three rounds for 4 ppl.

When inquiring on phone about availability lady here was very hostile and aggressive and was not nice and helpful. Didn’t do anything to warrant this behavior, or ask any absurd questions. Did not seem to be welcoming anyone to coming in. Not sure why any establishment would be ok with employees treating people like this, but it may just be how they run the business, after seeing the other similar experiences of other negative reviews.

Cool place but needs more bowling lanes. Nice dining areas and bar areas. Drinks were good. Service was okay. The fried pickles were very salty. Clean and nice layout.
I want to be clear the food, drinks, cleanliness, & bowling were all great. Awesome atmosphere and vibe for friend hangs.My only feedback is the scent/smell that they had pumping through there on 11/17 was almost unbearable. It was like I was breathing straight up cologne.For anyone with asthma, this could genuinely be bad haha. My lungs hurt for two days after. I’m not sure why they were using so much scent in there but it was like a million candles were lit.Concerned why it was that strong or necessary?Genuinely made it hard to breathe and I don’t even have asthma.

so. i came here not expecting much. i was just gonna drop by and leave on my way to another club. but then. i met kylee. kylee was the most hospitable server i have ever had. every drink she made was divine and she really cared about making our experience the best experience possible. anywhere kylee is, i will go. i recommend this place, but most importantly, i recommend kylee

We had our after party for our (sadly) non-alcoholic wedding here and the service was amazing. We got the 2 lane private room with a private bathroom and it was an amazing time.
