Was there on Sunday morning. Myself & several others had to have our orders refunded because the kitchen staff stopped producing orders. It was like watching the hospital scene from the movie "Idiocracy". Sad.

The employees were nice enough and 1 was particularly helpful when realizing I had been waiting for quite a while.Unfortunately, it was my first visit and all odds were stacked against a 4/5 star experience.I made 2 orders; one at the register and one through the app as I had forgotten to order a single biscuit at the register. The confirmation email for the biscuit said it would be ready at 10:59. At 11:15 I asked about it and they made it right away. The biscuit was really tasty. The counter order took 40 minutes and my frittafle egg dish was really cold. Not sure why it was that cold, either they're pre-made and it wasn't nuked all the way or it had been sitting for a while. I didn't get to taste the smashbrowns as they were out, and the cubed potatos were average, but at least they were warmish. My kids' waffle smelled pretty good but I did not taste it. They enjoyed it.Quite a few patrons seemed annoyed with the time it was taking to receive orders. Not sure if this is a typical occurrence or if something wonky happened today.Atmosphere is okay, the restaurant is clean and looks trendy but the speakers outside are really annoying. I'm not sure if they're just not connecting well wirelessly or if there is a circuit issue, but we had no choice but to sit outside because we brought our dog. The salt and pepper shakers outside are full of water. It seems they've been left out during the storms.

Visiting from out of town and drove a little out of the way for breakfast. Very glad we did! Service was great, and the food was excellent. Maple chicken bacon biscuit was just the right size and all of our group thought the food hit the spot.

We took our 2 grandkids out after grandparents day at their school. One kid meal and 3 adult meals, $70 bucks, without tip! We headed over to the coffee, maple coffee both empty, one dark one empty. Half and half almost empty. Asked for more coffee-it came out after about 15 minutes. We waited over 30 minutes for our food, with only 4 other tables in the place. My eggs were barely warm and not over easy at all. Husbands chicken fried steak barely warm. Waited another 5 minutes to get chocolate Milk, hot Chocolate and apple juice. Sorry to say, we won’t be back.

We've been to this location a couple times and think that unfortunately, today's visit may have suffered due to it being Easter Sunday. The food was okay, we both left feeling unsure if we were going to get sick (smashbrowns were amazing!). While the line when we got there moved quickly (and the guy at the register was really nice), the overall wait for food seemed longer than normal. Staff didn't seem chipper like past visits and frankly, though I acknowledged it was Easter and thanked then for working, I can totally understand being frustrated. The water didn't work, the ice machine didn't work, there were no forks, the ketchup bottles were empty. So my recommendation to the owners is to simply close and honor Easter Resurrection Sunday in the future rather than chancing the poor customer experience.

Unique take on breakfast. We had a fried chicken biscuit with bacon and maple syrup, french toast biscuit, and a "retro* sausage, cheese and egg. All were good and the portions were big. See the pic. Coffee was good as well.

Pretty awesome spot for a good breakfast or lunch. Brunch even ? a little odd to have to share seating with other people but I guess they're trying to build a community. Still. Weird. That's my only detraction.

I usually get the 5 and dime. Today I ordered the steak and gravy and added two fried eggs on top. MISTAKE! The steak was overcooked to the point it was rubbery. The eggs were flat iron scrambled. Super dry and overcooked. My son had chicken and waffles. They looked great. The food just isn't worth the money. Two people =$40 for breakfast.

After our visit today I am reminded why we don’t frequent this restaurant. We waited for nearly 50 minutes to get our food. Several parties who came in after us received their orders before we did. And only after inquiring about our order, 40 minutes in, I was told they did not have all of the ingredients for one of our meals. They didn’t act as though they cared. The woman who was bussing tables was very friendly though, and we did appreciate some of the games that were available to kill time while waiting.Kid-friendliness: Only high tops were available, as this is nearly half of their seating. However there are no high chairs for the taller tables. I have been to many restaurants where they offer two different chair sizes for low and high tables.

Visited today and loved our experience! The team is friendly, do a great job and it extends to the food. All our dishes came out hot and delicious. Coffee was fresh and tasty, and atmosphere open and welcoming. If you're looking for Southern comfort for brunch, Maple Street has it and more!

Service was wonderful, the lady at the front counter was very kind. Food was good, though biscuits were a bit overbaked and prices continue to climb. Good for a special occasion. Sausage gravy is very good!
