This Marco's always good the girl on the phone was great picked up it was on time hot and fresh and so good ate 4 pieces in the parking lot couldn't help it

Well they have reopened but the food is far from the old store. The thin crust was hard, ingredients were sparse and the pizza was nearly cold when we arrived. I’ll try Casey’s next time.

First time ever to a Marco's pizza. The lady at the front was very helpful. She was nice, friendly and smiley. She didn't rush us either. We ordered the medium thin crust deluxe pizza and it was delicious! Thx.
Negative 5. I was picking up my last order of the night for a door dash customer. I usually order my own from the Ebenezer location which they are absolutely amazing! This was my first and only experience with the farragut location and I will never be back and will never tell anyone to order from that location. I got there and there were 7 people waiting for their pickup order which is fine, I expected a little but of a wait. The lobby cleared to me and some newer pick ups, so I asked one of the guys behind the counter the estimated time. I gave the name of the order and the manager said she didn't have my ticket so she asked the number which I don't have access to. After the guy said the name to her 3 times she said there were 2 orders ahead of mine. Then as I said ok she got an attitude talking loudly to "herself" or the other crew members about me. I was 8 months pregnant and had waited 30 minutes at that point, standing isnt great nor is sitting. (the order was a garden salad, large garden pizza and a cinnamon bread). As anyone would be irritated at staff being unprofessional in an open kitchen and talking to customers like they are trash I was pretty upset. There was also a man waiting for over an hour for his food which had been sitting on the rack since I had arrived, about 20 minutes and they didn't bother to check the name of the order on the receipt when he asked the first time. I got the order a little over an hour after I arrived. The manager gave an insincere apology, which is fine. Then as I was leaving started to to badmouth me loudly. I came back up to the counter because I'm not going to be treated like that for no cause, I've worked in BoH for YEARS and never talked about nor heard anyone talk about a customer like that, it's unacceptable. She stated that I glared at her the whole time and that she didn't say anything to my face, which is true. Just loudly in an open kitchen. I understand being busy and having a rush. But there is absolutely no reason to talk to anyone like that. I saw multiple customers get rude responses from a couple members of the staff for being upset that they ordered their pizza 1 and a half hours ago and they still had not received it after an hour waiting in store. Be better marcos in farragut, for people who don't deserve to be treated like trash for "glaring"
