Heard about McAlisters from a friend and wanted to give it a try, wasn’t sure what to get and Nicole helped me out in ordering. Absolutely love the pickles here and the Mac and cheese is good too! I will definitely be coming back!

I will start by saying I have been to other McAlister’s and none of them are as good as this one. The customer service is great along with the food and employees. I came in around 12:30 pm today and Taylor was my cashier, she was very polite and the person who brought my food out (Keisha) was also. Best place!

I love this McAlisters! The staff are always so friendly and helpful. I really appreciated Nicole’s helpfulness and guidance though the check out experience.
Got the wrong sandwich. Didn't realize it until I took a bite of the sandwich. When I went to the counter & told them the 2 ladies working got upset & was rude & asked well what did you order? I told them & they handed my plate to the cook. The cook used the same sandwich I bit off of & added to the sandwich what was on the other sandwich I had ordered. The sauces were completely different. It was a sloppy mess! She touched a sandwich I bit & never changed her gloves. The broccoli soup was cold. Worst experience I've ever had.

I come in every day for lunch. Every. Day. One could say it’s for the delicious sweet tea. I say it’s because I’m greeted every day with a smile, a waive and they call me by name. The customer service at McAlister’s on Schaad Rd is impeccable compared to other restaurants in the area. Management is friendly and always seems to resolve any issues in a timely manner. (I hardly ever have any issues though.) Nicole has learned my order by heart and is a big part of the reason I come back every day. 5 out of 5 stars, not just today, but every day.
