Go-to lunch spot when I’m in the area. Sign up for the rewards program for discounts and free food! You can also order ahead for pickup. This location in Knoxville is fantastic, and the quality varies to the other locations as well!

They hook it up so fat. This picture is very deceiving. Had somebody fetch it for us. You don't know if it's the new Yorker or the reuben. Perfect amount of that tangy, melted swiss. Wasn't overrun with too much 1000 island. Love the saurkraut. Thanks for the midnight snack. Probably ran out of marbled rye, going for that regular rye. It's cool.

There is no excuse for a 30 minute wait on an Uber order. Do better.

Service was slow, and it seems like mcallisters has went down hill. No one comes around asking for refills anymore they just drop your food off and run away. Also, it doesn't seem like they enforce their dress appearance .

Pros: Salads are outstanding, restaurant is clean, and service is fast and friendlyCons: Salads are now served with the smallest, cheapest, flimsiest plastic forks. Sandwiches are obviously using prepackaged meat as there is just a wad of meat in the middle of the sandwich with two inches of bread all around it.

We will definitely go back to this location. The food was good like all the locations but the service was excellent here. The cashier was very nice and the food runner Chris interacted with my toddler and made her day being silly. Really fun lunch!

What a neat little deli. Reminded me deeply of PaneraBread only MUCH nicer and higher quality. It was my first time here and as a lunch option, I can't wait to come back and try more items off of the menu. I stayed classic and ordered the McAlister Club Wrap with a side of potato salad. Tasty for sure. I wish the wrap had more honey mustard But I'll know for next time to maybe get extra or a side of dressing for dipping :). The potato salad had great flavor and the portion was just right for lunch !Can't wait to bring my husband here & enjoy another great lunch !!!

I've eaten at McAlister many times. This is the first one where staff didn't really want to help you. As me and my husband walked up, the front house and the back house where talking. Which resulted in us waiting a few minutes as they ended their conversation. Then I witnessed a server tell an elderly guest, who was sitting at her table, that they can grab this or that up front. It shocked me! Every other McAlister, I've been to has a level of professionalism. But instead of grabbing it for them, that guest got up and grabbed it themselves. No one asked us if we wanted a refill on our drink or made sure we had everything or if we were happy with our meal. Maybe we have been a bit spoiled by Schaad Road. But honestly, that was disappointing, considering we spent over $30.

Stopped in on a cold rainy afternoon for a bowl of soup. An employee brought me broccoli cheddar minutes after I ordered at the counter. It came with 2 kinds of crackers and in a paper bowl with a metal spoon. Yum! It was steaming hot just how I prefer, l and it warmed my bones on the cold day. McAllister offers 5 kinds of soup and costs $4.99 for a cup and $6.99 for a bowl.
