No butter, no sour cream, no salt and pepper, and no knife to cut it. I asked for all of this in the ap when ordering and again at the window and didn't get any of it. It is so aggravating when you are eating in your car and can't go back. And they ask for a tip up front!

I placed an online order 2/23/24 before the store opened. It said it would be ready by about 10:50 am. I did not get my food until nearly 11:25, after multiple attempts to retrieve it from the drive thru and being told it was not ready. I had my two young kids with me and this was a miserable wait. I will never return to this location.

This is the 3rd time I've been at this location (never been to another), and for the 3rd time, when specifying on-line that we wanted pickles added to our order, they were not. Such a simple task, yet ignored. I placed the last order on-line as "usual", but got there and they had no record of it. Still, once I did get out order, the King and Regular club sandwiches were delicious. The only drawback was how they were packaged; it was difficult to determine where one slice of sandwich ended and the other began, with toothpicks everywhere. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the place seemed clean enough. I'll go back again, but maybe another location.

Honestly I've tried to give this McAllisters a shot, but every time I come it's something. You're paying $12-$13 for half made food with barely any of the ingredients that are supposed to be on it. Today I ordered a tomato cucumber salad for $3 and it had about 2 bites of food ( just enough so cover the small container). My partners chicken Caesar wrap was almost entirely lettuce with barely any Caesar or chicken. This seems to be a common trend at this establishment (the lack of actual ingredients) even though you pay high prices because it happens almost every time here. I must say this is the first time we have actually had pleasant employees working here so that was nice. I didn't get the name of the guy with the long pony tail, but he was incredibly friendly. Doubt I'll give this place another shot though because I've already tried to multiple times.

If you have an allergy or special diet and want to be poisoned then this is the place to go, the staff has next to no care for cross contamination, cutting all sorts of breads and sandwiches with the same knife, food frequently is fallen into other dishes and mixed together. Ended up sick from contaminated food and left for the last time.Vegetarian options: The few options they have are usually contaminated from other dishes, staff don't care about your "stupid diet"

My sister and I went out for lunch and got the BLT +A which was good but the avocado was bad on it. She got bbq pork nachos and it had some uncooked meat on it. It had things that she had asked to be taken off.

That manager should learn to talk to his employees in a respectful manner and not tell customers that his staff is “having trouble comprehending”. Very unprofessional of him to say.

Very disappointed with my take out order. Ordered the vegan spud, and it had very little cheese, and hardly any veggies. Didnt get any sour cream or butter, it was very dry.

My Mother and I a late lunch at McAlister's on the corner of Tazewell Pike & North Broadway in Knoxville, TN yesterday. My Mother ordered the Spud Max minus Black Olives and I ordered a Bowl of their Fire Chili & Just a Spud with Rotel Cheese Dip via the Choose 2. While reviewing the menu, I realized it basically is cheaper to purchase a Gallon of Sweet than it is to buy 2 Large Teas if you are planning to leave with your food & drinks. I ordered a Gallon of Tea to go as well (which was cheaper). Their service was quick and out ordered was correctly. On their menu, I noticed that they added Butter Pecan Cheesecake, Colossal Carrot Cake & a Red Velvet Cookie under the desserts section. Added the Honey BBQ Pork Nachos to their Shareables section. Plus Honey BBQ Pork Spud to their Giant Spuds section. I did not ordered any of the new options but noticed them on their menu. Their restaurant is clean, plenty of parking, Wheelchair accessible as well, and The Staff are friendly & helpful.Dietary restrictions: I am on a High Protein Diet and they were able to accommodate for my needs.Parking: Plenty of parking including Handicap SpacesWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible

35 minutes after ordering online, going through the drive through, parking in a place and waiting my wife decides to go in and check. She says they had lots of employees but everyone was just moving slow. One lady finally went in the back and found our food. Food itself was fine, but service needs serious

If you special order double check it. Mine is wrong every time!! I finally decided to try again after months of not going and it was wrong again!! The ticket in the top was correct but when I opened the box to check it was wrong. Was told the cook was new.....well what was the problem about 4 months ago?? I mean the ticket is right but the food is made incorrectly. The did refund for the food that was wrong and gave me a card for a free entree drink and cookie but I won't be back. It's really not that hard to read a ticket and make sure you make it right.
