I never leave bad reviews but im fed up. On multiple Occasions they have refused service an hour in a half before closing. This is pure laziness, horrible service. When we pulled in they automatically turned all the lights off. We waited in line and then went up to the window and stopped. The woman looked at us and shock her head NO. This is absolutely unacceptable. Whoever is the manger at this McDonalds needs to have a talking with their employees, to make sure they’re doing their job and not sitting on their butts, like they were when we went to the window. This should never happen especially on multiple occasions. Yall need to do a whole lot better.

Horrible service time after time. Ordered Curbside and when I got there I waited 15 minutes for my order. There were 8 customers in the drive through where I would have been get served before me. Once I got home the entire order was wrong. I should have checked but I already waited long enough. I drove back to get my food and when I walked in they said your order is right here. They handed me the order, they assured me the food was warm and when we got home all of the food was cold. This is only 1 of dozens of issues we have had here over the years. It doesn’t appear the owners care enough to fix the problems as long as they are making money.

this is arguably the worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever been to. the workers must be incompetent because every time i come here something is wrong with my order. today i came and ordered two meals with drinks. the lady gave us a bag, and inside was 1 meal, we told her and she proceeded to take the bag back inside (after i had gone through it and most likely gave it to the car behind us, gross.) then gave us our bag and gave us the wrong drink as well making us have to turn around a mile down the road to get the correct drink. These people shouldn’t be making as much money as they are for such a terrible job. the lady at the window also had a vape visible in her apron.

Fries are cold and only half of a large fry box . Burger was completely destroyed and covered with an obscene amount of lettuce . What was left of the bun was hard . Worst experience out of any

Had an iced coffee ☕️ and the only thing in it was crushed ice chocolate syrup and wiped cream. Very disappointed. Didn't notice it until I was at work ready to drink it. Do better McDonald's!

I waited to leave a bad review til my second time i tried this location. This is the slowest McDonals in all of Knoxville. The woman at the first window and on the headset was nothing short of rude. My husband and I both thanked her then she slammed the window rolled her eyes and completely walked away from her station like we were an inconvenience to her to thank her. The man at the second window was extremely polite and made the experience better. Absolutely go to a different location if you are wanting "fast" food.
