Moes is a good place to go for power bowls from what I have experienced. Although sometimes they go a little light on the meat. So, I usually double the meat. It costs a little extra but worth it in my opinion. They usually have a place to sit. And its usually pretty clean. Also, I found out they give free chips with your order. Over all it is pretty good. Just remeber you can ask for more of each food you add. Some additions have extra costs and some don't. One thing I do really like is the guacamole is added for free. Where the other similar restaurants charges you.

Called to place an order and he told me that they “couldn’t take orders over the phone” ???? He said to use the app. I told him the app wasn’t working as it said they were closed (called at 8, they close at 9). He said “guess you’ll have to come to the store”. I asked why he couldn’t take an order over the phone- “Managements orders” . Lol. I’m not one to leave bad reviews. This is my first one. Normally I don’t care much and I understand people have bad days but the entire conversation was ridiculous .

Food was good. But Not hot or fresh by the time I got it. That was mostly on the door dash delivery though. Took hour and half to get after placing the order. So I'm not gonna knock Moe's completely for that.

The food was good some of the staff seem snarky but that seems to be every restaurant these days, I wish companies would bring back service with a smile I hate going in places that make me feel like I'm bothering them with my presence.

Online order: Got a bowl with veggies and black beans. Did not get any peppers and onions as I wanted. After 2 bites I noticed a hair. (Ew) last time I came everything tasted pretty good. This time it turned my stomach especially after the hair. ?Wish I would have just drove to chipotle over the closer convenience.
Ordered well over an hour ahead online. They emailed at some point to tell me the order didn't go through after I had paid and got a confirmation. Arrived at the store, of course they had no idea what happened. Expected to pick up food and go, had to pay again and wait on everything to be prepared. No apology, no discount, just more hassle and wait.Go to Chipotle.

Staff were extremely nice which was a little surprising. 10/10 do NOT recommend the steak and if you ask for lettuce on your burrito or bowl you’re basically asking for a salad because they load it with lettuce. I don’t think the price of the food matches the quality but I had a coupon so decided to come here for lunch. Staff was great and friendly today but the food was probably 6/10

Food is good, but don't waste your time putting in an online pick up order because you will be waiting long after the pick up time to receive your food! You would be better off just going in to order because you will get your food much quicker!

The portions at Moe's are spectacular. Plus you get Guac for free. I will say I didn't think the quality of the meat was as good as the other similar restaurants I visit. The staff was very nice and I got in and out quickly. Thanks for everything!
