Our sushi was falling apart like it was rolled in a rush or incorrectly. They added this spicy chili sauce to the side of the sushi without asking, it didn’t even go with the rolls, it was bizarre. They had over half the restaurant open, with over a 30 minute wait, just no efficiency in bussing tables or in the front of the house. I’ve had such a better experience downtown. I think this place is way too big for what it can handle. I was very disappointed and I’ve been to Nama over 10 times.

We ordered a Philadelphia Roll, Caterpillar Roll and fish tacos. These came with Miso Soup and Garden Salad. These rolls are less expensive than other rolls but to look at them, one would think that these were of the more expensive type of roll. They were as Delicious as they look. The fish tacos which were also beautiful to look at were very Tasty! The soup and salad were so fresh and good. Portion-wise, servings were generous and although we could have had to go boxes, we ate it all, right there. Jillian was our server and she was so efficient and so funny that we felt like we had found a new best friend! Service was the best and we hope you will go and discover this Wonderful restaurant.

Glass separating the tables was disgustingly filthy.Sashimi was fresh enough, service was good.Sushi wasn’t great, thoroughly mediocre, definitely not worth the price.

We went on half price Thursday. We had to wait 30 minutes at 8 o'clock. I think they just were understaffed. The sushi we ordered was really good. I thought the prices were good, but I wouldn't pay the full price for what we got.

I frequent all 3 nama locations and love the food. I would recommend nama even if sushi isn't your thing. The food is very tasty, fresh and the menu has a good variety. That being said you can count on finding good service here. Unfortunately the server I usually get here at Cedar Bluff was not in today and a server that brings a grouchy attitude into work can set the mood for coworkers and guest. Food is 5 star today's server was 1 star = 3 star.

It's half price sushi night and like half the staff appears new. Literally the only reason my server got the Tip she did. Came to the table a total of like 5 times. And I mean drink food order, deliver food, deliver condiments, ticket&boxes, return card.My kids roll was cut wrong and my kid almost choked (Literally no one even noticed when I stood up and went to his side of the table to relieve him. Looked around to see where service was. Took the food to the sushi station myself to request a recut.Hostess was training a new girl and seemed pissed about it definitely looked like she needed a therapy session.Definitely will stick to the Gay St location.Parking: Part of the exit overlaps part of the lot. Almost caused 2 accidents.Kid-friendliness: They have the cute little chopstick holders and kids sushi.

First time trying nama sushi at this location. Years ago I had been to the others. Super disappointed in the taste and quality. $100 for 5 rolls and Edamame and just nothing special. $2 for to go packaging.... really? Tasted very plain and very minimal ingredients. 5 stars for service because Corey that took my order over the phone was very friendly, patient with questions, and the order was 100% correct. Also, even though I got to go, I was checking out this new location and looked very lack luster compared to the others.

Meh. Could take it or leave it. Half the staff is nice the other half is rude. Cocktails are good and some food. Nothing special.

This location has gone downhill steadily. We were not greeted by the manager even though the hostess station was vacant. We were led to a table where the roof was leaking and dripping onto us and the table. We moved to another table which was visibly dirty and sticky and was never wiped. Our meals came before our bar drinks. Our waitress never filled our waters and they were empty most of the meal. One sushi roll was warm. There was an extremely loud party of very drunk women in the middle of the restaurant- actually SHOUTING. It was awful. We spent over $100 and were completely frustrated and dissatisfied.

Food lives up to the brand standard of the downtown location but the ambiance, noise and general vibe does not do it
