We stop occasionally at Noodles and Co and the service is always garbage, however, this branch was great! Staff was super friendly, they’re well staffed, and the areas were very clean. We were really impressed and our food was great. I had a uber eats order and i waited a hour for somebody to tell me that somebody took my food and they could not remake it they said i had to call the store or cancel so i called the store twice and no answer i spent 30 dollars on food and they could not remake it i think that

By far one of the best spots to eat in the West Knoxville area. The food is amazing and the staff is incredible. Between the great food, amazing atmosphere, and friendly staff, this is my go to spot for good vibes and even better pasta.

It was rather disappointing. I feel the inflated prices are no longer worth coming for food that seems to have lost most of its flavor. Also, the bathrooms are generally dismal and the ambiance is dark and lacking for what should be a bright family environment. I think I will stop to eat elsewhere for quite awhile.

The food was edible but not even remotely good. It was a complete waste of money. The place had a general stickiness & grime to it all over. The trash was overfilled & several tables stayed dirty the entire time we were there. The staff were not helpful or even really listened. It was our first time trying it and we will NOT be back.
