I spent two days in Knoxville on a trip out west and had the pleasure of having dinner at Not Watson's. The food was delicious! I had the blackened mahi with smashed potatoes and a braised kale salad and it was fantastic! The flavors were amazing and it was seasoned just right. The host and bartender were really nice too!

Great experience, wonderful bourbon list and fun atmosphere. We swung through with another family and really enjoyed our time here. We had 8 people in total, which initially caused some confusion but it all worked out as the kids got their own table and the adults there own close by. The server took good care of the kids, was patient and enjoyable. We snagged some of the eggroll apps and they were great. The sweet/spicy sauce hit the spot.. i could took a couple gallons to go! A couple of us ended up with the smash burger.. it was cooked very nicely and had a ton of flavor. Slightly messy, but well worth it! The bourbon list and selection was great. ton of choices at all different price points. With the current state of bourbon... some of them were priced a bit high, but we found some that were ok and enjoyed our pours (weller single barrel, doc holliday, etc). Overall, I'd certainly come back next time I'm in the area.. plenty of tasty options on the menu!

Flank steak and white cheddar mashed potatoes was fantastic. House salad was huge. Service was excellent. And the pricing was more than fair for the quality dish and portions. Look forward to visiting again

Came in late on a Wednesday night was excited to see that they had a martini special for five dollars. Send it to Barr and order dinner. Bartenders were very friendly even though we were the last people there and stayed until after they officially close. They still did not rush us. I ordered the wedge salad in the vegetarian power wrap. I was happy to see that knowing it was vegetarian thing I did plenty of beans for the protein. The waiter was extra helpful and let me pay to upgrade my side to the salad instead of buying it separate and getting fries I wasn't going to eat. My husband said he enjoyed his Philly but would've wanted more vegetables on it. Not that we are typically in the area, but will definitely eat here again.

Not for me. The fried okra and calamari were dripping in oil.The mahi mahi was overcooked and was served with a sour sauce that did not help the taste at all. Very poor tasting concoctionUnfortunately I was violently sick all night and this was the only different dish I had vs my group all day. Maybe linked but I will not be going back.
