This place has gone extremely downhill in the past couple of months or years. We had a party of six; none of our food was hot, after we waited over an hour for it. When our waitress put our food down, we were clearly and vocally dissatisfied with the looks of our food. Obviously, the portion sizes have gone down in the past few years, but none of our food looked appetizing at all; things that were supposed to be cooked well were soggy and colorless on the plate. Our waitress said absolutely nothing, even as we remarked that it all looked very distasteful. The service was OK at best, our waitress was very disinterested in us the entire time. She forgot our drinks, bread baskets, and condiments multiple times. In the end, we wound up paying over $100 for cold food that nobody really enjoyed. Even as we left, there was still a wait; we tried to tell them not to waste their time. 0/10.

I hadn't been in decades, but i was presently suprised! UT was on, a plus✔️ my Chicken fantastic, our steaks great and the baked potato so good my cat for the 1st time in her long life fough off our bourder collie, to keep the peel all to herself!I will be back and order with a dogie bag in mind!
Good food. Mostly good service. Love the curbside pickup. It's so convenient. Hoping the couple of issues I've had were just honest mistakes...Love love love the potato soup. It's been a favorite for years. I always order it when I go - and I love being able to pick it up in a lunch choose-two deal! If only I'd actually gotten it last time I ordered... I don't even know what I ended up with, except that it was spicy (I can't handle spicy) and there was zero potato and a ton of cheese. Not a huge deal. My mother ate some of it and liked it ok, but she's more a fan of the potato too.My only other complaint is the "loaded" Mac 'n cheese. It's not what I would call loaded. They toss some green onions on it and charge you $2 extra. Green onions are NOT what I want in a "loaded" Mac 'n cheese. Before you call me an idiot, know that I was using the app and did not see an actual picture of the dish until I looked it up later online. Again, no big deal. My bad. I'll know not to order it again.I'll stick with the regular Mac 'n cheese. It is so perfectly cheesy and soft and just YUM!The club sandwich is also an excellent choice. Excellent blend of meats and cheese and a perfectly light option for lunch on the run.
We ordered the cat fish with fries and coleslaw, along with the grilled chicken with green beans and a baked potato,, everything was completely bland it had absolutely no flavor. The cat fish tasted old and freezer burnt, the chicken was over cooked and dry, we'll definitely not be eating here again

It’s a quiet O’Charleys with less volume than some of the other stores in town and the atmosphere is awesome.
First things first, this place was beyond dead at supper time in turkey creek.A strange feeling in the place all night. We had patty melt and butter burger. Gross. Just gross! We didn't finish before we were feeling sick. Got home and were sick all night and this morning. I use to love this place, but not againEverything tasted off and felt off from the moment we walked in. So sad this place is all but gone.

Carry out: Disappointed to see a restaurant of this caliber served canned green beans and not fresh/frozen. Smashed potatoes, chicken tenders, and rolls were good.
