The atmosphere is much better than it used to be and the service is getting better, I worked there as delivery driver for 6 years and it's no better or worse than any other restaurant, but I do love their pizza and who can say that chocolate lava cake is not just the best?.

No phone number to call and only personal pizzas. Online shows it as full service, wasted a trip here to find out. That's pathetic, it takes hardly any time to make an edit online letting people know it's not full service.

It was day two in a new apartment & all I wanted was to drown in New York style; & I needed it fast because of course I waited too long to stop to eat. For $2.50 I asked for extra cheese, & the way they listened to me... it was like I actually had a mother. I'm still thinking about that pizza.

I wish i could do 0 stars I Ordered food from them & they forgot to pack certain items, i called so they could fix it & they said I'd have to pay to get the rest of my stuff delivered to me. Staff was disgusting and didn't look like they have showered in days, the manager said she would spit in my food the next time i ever ordered so it didn't make me want to pay delivery for the rest of my stuff. Horrible place, Covid happening and they really said they'd spit in my food. This place should be shut down. Don't order here.

I received a prompt response from corporate apologizing for everything. They said they forwarded my concerns to the local store. After two weeks, I still haven't heard from the local management with an apology or an acknowledgment. They clearly don't care about customer relations. Nevertheless, our Pre-Fourth of July party on Saturday was replete with hot, fresh pizzas of all kinds for everyone. They were NOT, however, from Pizza Hut. I thought about ordering from a different location but couldn't bring myself to do it. One bad apple can ruin it for the whole brand.

I don't care when I order from this Resturant I'm always disappointed. I'm new to Florida so trying to see what I like around me is a mission in itself. The Pizza Hut on Michigan is 5 times better. 1 order they forgot my wings and had to wait 45 minutes for them to bring me my wings. By the. I was over it but I paid for them. My Cinnabon were burnt and those are like the main reason I order from Pizza Hut. 2nd time pizza taste raw in the middle. 3rd time pizza was cold. Now tonight my cheese sticks have an after taste and they were cold and hard. There was no lemon pepper for my chicken so had to settle with honey bbq and surprisingly they were cold. The pizza was better. It I think 4 times is to many to keep failing. Sooo stay away from town center.

It is chain store pizza, so nothing to get excited about. I will say of all the nationwide chains they are my top preference. However, if you stack them up against almost any of the local pizza shops, then The Hut won't be winning any taste competitions. It was OK pizza that was inexpensive, fast and convenient.

We got carry out pizza last night. As we waited for our food, a male employee came from the kitchen wearing white rubber gloves to use the restroom. Except when he finished peeing, he was still wearing the same gloves and then went back into the kitchen! I watched him go right back to food prep. Then he went to answer the phones. Wearing the same gloves. He never changed them! GROSS! GROSS! GROSS! Come enjoy your pizza with a touch of Urine! Of course I made a scene in this location. Nothing was done. Other customers witnessed it as well. We just hope that "Pee Hands" didn't touch our food???
