Ordered delivery and we got wings instead of breadsticks and the wrong drink, this is at least the second time our order has been wrong from here and it's very unfortunate there isn't one closer.Surprisingly the pizza was correct and the delivery got here earlier than expected.

We are staying at a hotel and ordered pizza hut because they deliver.After ordering we get a notification that a doordash person will be delivering... The order arrived 20 min after it was supposed to and was cold because doordash doesn't have heat bags.We ordered pasta and they didn't include any forks and did not cut the cookie we ordered.We also gave a $10 tip and who knows if the dasher actually received that.

ordered a pizza and the Alfredo online for delivery at 8:09pm on march 14th and I never received my order. Called the restaurant multiple times and could never get through to anyone and then I did the automated part where they look up my order with my number and they said it was delivered.

I don’t know why I continue to order from this place. I’ve placed orders online and on the phone. Every time something is missing from my order. I was given a credit and when I placed my phone order so I could use I reminded them they always missed something in my order. Well, another order missing something. I give up. Bye bye Pizza Hut on Cedar Lane. I’ll go somewhere else from now on.

I ordered a pizza and waited over an hour and still nothing, so I called the restaurant and three different times they put me on hold. Finally after about 30 mins I talked with someone and they said it’ll be there shortly in a very rude and unprofessional way. This is the second and last time Pizza Hut will ever screw me over. It’s PaPa John’s from here on out.

I ordered the veggie pasta and bread sticks. It was AWESOME! It was ready a couple minutes before it said it would be, I was greeted quickly and in a friendly way.
Staff is friendly, sometimes have to wait during busy hours.
