Absolutely trash. They brought the wrong food to my house and then did not answer their phones to make it right. Worst experience ever.

I made a order online a medium meatlover's and some 6 hot honey bonelesswings they deliver to the wrong place. I called to tell them in they refused to believe me so I called again and they hung up on me. I called again and they did not pick up. Pizza hut on kingston pike never again and I would advise you to never order delivery from that place. So now I lost 40 dollars with nothing to eat never again. And I only put 1star on the reviews so I could write this other than that they get 0 star tonight. I hope no one have to go through this.

My food was easy to order on the app, was ready at the quoted time, was hot, and tasted great. The only thing that would have made it better were if the boneless wings had the lemon pepper flavoring more spread out.Parking: Plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: Easy to order, and quick to be ready so the kids can be fed.

I accidentally ordered delivery to my work instead of home. I called and they said my home was zoned for a different Pizza Hut…instead of me having to cancel my order and start over they still delivered to me!!! Talk about customer service ❤️

I placed an online order at 1911.The tracker said it would be delivered by 2006.It is now 2030, I have called the restaurant 3 times and was put on hold and hung up on three times.Now, I am currently on my 4th call on hold for 15 minutes. No one answers the phone and when they do they hang up on me. I've called from my personal phone and my duty phone and cannot get assistance. I gave detailed instructions online that I would be waiting at the business's gate and to hand the pizza to me. I still have not received my order and cannot get assistance from anyone. I finally received my COLD pizza from some green toothed, girl in sweat pants and two screaming kids in her car. A door Dasher. The pizza did not taste good and was cold. I'll never order from this location again and have contacted corporate.

This has been the absolute worst service I have ever received in my life. I honestly don’t know how this store stays in business how they treat their customers. I ordered online for curbside. It was to be ready in 15 minutes. I pulled up with minutes left of the 15. I sat there and waited and waited. Walked in and my food had been sitting there the entire time. I did not have fresh food. The lady that worked there said they were super busy but when I pulled up she is sitting in the lobby on her phone. They also left out my drinks so I have tried to call numerous times. I’m put on hold numerous time and they never return to the phone. This is uncalled for and ridiculous. I will not be returning. I suggest if you want cold food, horrible service. And to spend extra money for items you didn’t get then you may not care to go here otherwise stay away. Far away. Honestly they don’t deserve the one start but sadly I couldn’t give anything less

I put in an order at 8:00 so that my family kids included could eat dinner and go to bed on a school night at a decent time. Nobody ever delivered my pizza nor did anybody ever call me to let me know that their systems were down or that they were not be delivering my pizza. It was almost midnight when I finally fed my kids because I sit around waiting for a pizza that was never coming nor was the information that it would not be coming. I am highly dissatisfied. I was charged for the food and it's still not been refunded.
It was Great, I didn't even know one was close to me. They were very nice and helpful after not eating Pizza Hut for over 2yrs.

There’s no cheese!? Every time I have ordered a pizza from here there are huge splotches of missing cheese. The pizzas taste awful as a result.

Waiting now 2.5 hrs for delivery of our pizza. They pulled money from our account and have not delivered. Tried calling and no one answers. Call their call center which is over seas and they refer me to the store. Called corporate and they are over seas and cant help either. Fraud!
