My first time here- husband’s second time. Food was delicious and refreshing, made exactly to our specifications. Staff was attentive and friendly. The start of the line at the rear of the store counter was counterintuitive (pun intended), but impeccably clean. My drink (Tractor certified organic coconut and blood orange sodas mixed with handcrafted blackberry mojito) was off the chain!
Pokeworks is one of my favorite restaurants! Sometimes I eat here multiple times a week. The food always tastes amazing, and the employees are always super helpful. I love that they have plenty of healthy options.My only complaint is that they close at 6:00 on Sundays. I understand that it’s Sunday, but I feel like 6:00 is early for a restaurant to close, even on a Sunday. I’ve stopped by a few times after I get off work forgetting that’s it’s Sunday, and they’ve already closed.Regardless, Pokeworks is still one of my favorite spots, and I will continue to be a regular!Dietary restrictions: I am dairy free and they have lots of dairy free options!

After the Thanksgiving feast we wanted to eat something different.. so we settle on this place as it was in the same plaza as EverBowl. We all ordered a bowl each. The bowls were very delicious but the service was not the greatest. Servers seem like they were upset to be there shoot I'll probably be upset too having to work after thanksgiving day.

I have been here a couple of times before and have had great experiences in the past. Today was a complete letdown. I was really looking forward to my lunch and ordered ahead on GrubHub. When I got there to pick it up it wasn't ready yet and the girl behind the counter rudely informed me that she was about to start working on it, so I sat down and waited.It took a few minutes for her to get my food made for some reason. There was a customer that came in a couple of minutes after me that got her food made and was gone before mine was even ready.Then, I finally get my food, put a tip in the jar (btw the proper words when someone gives you a tip or even just visits your establishment are "Thank You").So I get my food home and realize that the little girl behind the counter has made my order however she wanted to make it.Not once did she inform me they were out of anything. She just crossed it off on my receipt after the order was made. She substituted chicken for the salmon they were apparently out of. What kind of sub is that? First, she could have asked. Second the sub should've been extra shrimp or tuna. She also added jalapenos to my bowl when I didn't order them!On top of everything else, the quality of the food is absolutely terrible! Definitely nothing like I had experienced in the past. I was supposed to have 4 meats and ended up with very little meat at all. About 3-4 pieces of each.I am not happy at all and probably won't be back after this experience. Absolutely horrible!Only go here is you feel like throwing $20 in the trash because that's what I just did.

I just went in to get a poke bowl because they have my favorite poke in knoxville…and i’m not sure if it was the owners or the managers working since it’s labor day, but they were some of the nicest people i’ve ever interacted with in the service industry!!!! They also have a student discount so I love going here! 10/10 one of my favorite places to eat here

Just stopped in to grab a quick lunch. I love these poke bowls. They’re a tad pricey for lunch but if I can stop myself from gobbling it up, there’s enough for two smaller meals. Felt inclined to leave a review because the service was awesome. Super fast, helpful and friendly. Great job!

10/10 perfect poke! The staff was so polite and made the experience amazing. I dont know if he is the owner or what but this one male worker greets EVERYONE with a smile when they walk in, has the most upbeat, happy energy and makes the environment so welcoming and enjoyable. The food was amazing, and they have great substitutes for food restrictions (gluten free, dairy, etc.) and can help with any questions you have on accommodation those restrictions. Portions are great, left me full to the max! Recommend in any way possible, thank you for the experience.
