It's not Sam and Andy's west, that's for sure. She had the vol burger and the bun was hard as if it had been sitting out and got stale or was placed under a heat lamp for an extended period of time. The burger itself was bland, no seasoning.I got the smokehouse salad, the tomatoes were bad and translucent. The croutons were inedible and the ham was sliced deli ham straight out of the package and cold. The dressing was very good and the size of the salad was perfect for a entree. I would get another salad here but not with cold ham on it.I also find it odd that they ask for a tip while you're paying and not at the end like in most nice places that you go to eat.In comparison, I've never had a reason to not get a vol burger at the west location. I've had one here and that was enough for me not to get another.

The Turkey Club is outstanding! The freshest turkey, tomatoes, lettuce ? and the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich was excellent. Great fries too! Our new favorite neighborhood place!

Our small. Group went there 4/13:24. 10 people all very pleased very good food smiles galore Chris is a longtime friend.he will do fine please visit and have a volburger. If your blood runs orange visit if you’re new to town go see him.

Great food as always! Great staff who are always asking you if you need anything during your meal.. Awesome atmosphere with a ginormous TV where you will most definitely find it with some kind of sport playing..I've had almost every item on the menu and I have to say the Black Angus Ribeye Steak sandwich by far is hands down and was made fresh to order and cooked to your specific liking! And this location also has a milkshake and ice-cream bar with all kinds of flavors to choose from including LOADED milkshakes! ? Again this place is amazing! It is very clean, affordable, friendly staff and quick service! You won't be disappointed I can promise you that.Vegetarian options: They offer an all Black Bean burger that does come with fries or you can swap those out for a side salad. They have multiple salads to choose from as well.Parking: There is ample parking. Has huge parking lot and spots are decent size.Kid-friendliness: They have several meal options for children of all ages.. kids grilled cheese, chicken tenders and mac n cheese... These all come with a basket of fries. Not to mention a milkshake/ice-cream bar what kid doesn't love ice-cream right!Wheelchair accessibility: Both entrances into the restaurant are wheelchair accessible and each table is high enough for a wheelchair to slide under comfortably.

Visited for the first time today. Had the SEC burger which was great. Burger was fresh and juicy. Bun was fresh. Fries clean and crispy. Wife had a fried chicken salad, also great. Definitely recommend.

I love their steamed sandwiches and their club. The club is huge and I can eat it in two meals. Their friench fries are really good and reheat great in my airfryer.
