I visit this club about once a week for work related items. Recently they decided to completely realign much of the center of the store which has been a complete disaster. The aisles are virtually impossible to navigate due to pallets and wide carts compared to the oRiginal layout. If not for Vinny, Miles, Kaki, Kim, Maggie, and other nice employees this would have been a lower rating.
Sam's Club was on the way from the mall back to my Grandparents house. The bathroom was clean and didn't smell, which is a plus in my book. Since every Sam's Club is basically different, it was like trying to find my way around. On the plus side, their cold is with their cold, pantry with pantry, etc. So that part was fairly close to the same. I often shop at the Sam's Club in Chattanooga, Tennessee. From my experiences and encounter with Sam's Club employees, I will say that the staffs I have come across have shown knowledgeable, friendly and helpful when assisting me.
