Small restaurant with amazing food for a good price, sadly it's so authentic the waitress didn't know much English at all. Communication was difficult but for the most part reached. She didn't know what straw meant.
My boyfriend and I went to pick up our to-go order a few seconds after we got there they had a lady come in with a to-go order that happened to be ours they took it back right in front of us and tried to give it to us. We refused and asked them to remake it because they can't give us an order that's been taken out of the restaurant for who knows how long, and knowing that the lady have had to open it up to see that it was wrong. They took the order to the back, and about 10 minutes later, they came back out and said it was remade. We got home(we live 5 mins away from the restaurant btw) and the food was cold and nasty. We realized that it hadn't been remade. We called and talked to the manager(he was the one who tried to hand us the food to begin with) and he claimed it had been remade and we tried to explain to him that there was no way it was remade. We had to take the order back up there and waited 20 mins for them to actually remake the food, which they should have done the first time. They didn't give us any discounts or anything for having to go back up there. I would not recommend this place!

Great meal tonight. Cheese dip was great, salsa bar is still awesome and our server was amazing. Might be my new favorite north Knox Mexican joint!Original review: Had chicken fajitas and enjoyed it. Love the salsa bar. Cheese dip was bland, lacked any flavor.Service was slow, even though restuarant wasnt busy. Had to ask for refills, to place order and to get check. Table we had was broken as well.

Cute little Mexican spot that I only visited once and LOVED! Atmosphere is great. It’s on a busy road obviously, but once you get past that stress and into the parking lot — you’re golden. Food was DELICIOUS and came quickly. I just wanted chicken covered with cheese and got just that. AND of note: they don’t bring salsa to the table with the chips. Instead they have a SALSA BAR with many types of salsas, guacamole, and various dips. All self serve! Best feature of this place.

Easily the best Mexican food in Knoxville. Decent prices and amazing salsa bar. I feel like the old menu was slightly better (and drinks a bit cheaper), but the food is incredible compared to any other Mexican restaurants in town.I eat here regularly and they have good consistency.Vegetarian options: Many of the veggie dishes are better than their meat filled counterparts.
