Never had a bad experience here! Go about 1-2 a month and everyone’s always friendly

I was a regular costumer of this place until about 10 days ago. On Jan 18th, I was out with my family, like always I ordered smoothies on their website and drove there to pick up. The store was closed while it was normal working hours (4 pm), because of snowfall or whatever I don’t know. First: there was a young lady inside, but she ignored us. I knocked, I went to pickup window, I knocked the door again, just ignored. Then I left with the kids upset. Second: if they wanted to close or were closed why there were getting orders online? Third: I was hoping they refund me automatically, but they didn’t. I called the store, a lady asked my name and phone number and told me her manager will take care of it. But after about a week from my call, no call back and no refund. I should spend time and call my credit card company to dispute that transaction.

Decided to try smoothie king. Smoothie was filled up 3/5 of the way, paid for a 32 ounce but received like 20. I went through drive through, was in a rush so I couldn’t go inside. Side note: the smoothie was around room temperature.

Well the order process was fine. As usual spent half a days wage on two items. What bothered me is the order was simple a PB smoothie and a PB Swizzle bowl... got the smoothie, but no bowl. Now sitting here another 15 mins waiting for it. They have 6 people working! No others in store and only 1 in drive thru. Poor training? Or lazy ? Either way, we will continue to go to tropical smoothie or fruition.

My go to place after feeling sick or just had a rough day for a healthy and delicious treat. They’re usually pretty quick, even if you have to pull forward. Friendly staff. Tip, if you’re not from around here, it can be easily missed as other buildings may block the view of the place so be slow as you near it.My experience today: I ordered the probiotic add in, was asked if I meant multivitamin, to which I said sure not realizing it was actually called gut health for what I truly wanted. So if you’re ordering add ins, be sure to know the specific name to reduce confusion. And when I pulled forward they had forgotten to even do the add in and had to reblend, increasing the wait time, but they came through with a pup treat for the dog! And drinks came out delicious as always!

First timer, while waiting for my car to be worked on next door. I asked for a sweet cold coffee drink. Which I did get 43 minutes later, now I was waiting for the car to be done so was just sitting watching and listening. Some of the rudest people I have ever heard, these two girls were obviously short handed and busting their butts, drive thru, register and making at the speed of lightning. Now I also tipped my 30 percent on my 43 minute purchase with a smile on my face. I saw nobody else tip, come on now. Finding young adults that work is tough, finding them that work that hard, darn near impossible. I think your corporate should give you two a raise for putting up with those people at that pace. As a former owner I can tell you I never would have let my people get that swamped without helping, and never talked down too. But you kept your smile, said you were sorry, no excuses. I left just as somebody came to help out, hope it got better for all of you.

No matter how many times I’ve ordered ahead they have never had my order ready. What makes it worse is that I end up standing there for 10 minutes just to speak to somebody for them to tell me it’s going to be another 20 minutes to get my order ready. Obviously I would not have ordered ahead if I had an hour to wait around.

Go through the drive thru… if you order inside they will make drive thru orders before yours regardless of who ordered first.

Watch that menu and look at nutritional info- I ordered an Angel Food light and it was so sweet, it was inedible. 55 carbs! It's my fault for not doing more investigation when ordering. $7 wasted. I prefer Tropical Smoothie. Very easy to order on the ap and customize your sweetness. It's difficult here and I felt the menu was not fully transparent.

Amazingly clean shop, the two men working the counter were clearly focused on streamlining the process and had our five drinks out to us faster than I thought possible even tho we were the only people there. Smoothies were tasty and I will be returning to be refreshed again soon.
