Went through the other day… told the guy we had a larger order. (Nothing crazy) he then said, “I’ll get the car next to you first” then my dad responded “no?” And the employee (male) goes “JUST LET ME GET THE CAR NEXT TO YOU!” Then never gets back. This is not the first awful experience. I went twice in a row and pressed the button in one of the drive up spot… cannot get ANYONE to respond. It’s laughable how lazy these people are. There are good people who need jobs and y’all fill them with trash idiots. I’m not ever one to leave a review.. but holy hell. What is up with that place. GO TO THE ONE OFF SCHAAD OR IN HALLS!!!!!!!! Or go to little ceasers for crying out loud… at least you’ll get food ????

I stopped going here for a couple of months. The hamburgers were my favorite. But for some reason, they were getting skimpy on their lettuce and onions. If I'm going to pay ten dollars for a meal I want my money's worth.

I really need to stop giving yall a chance after chance. There’s two speakers! I show up one day and pull up to the speaker on the right. Sit for 20 mins. And someone pulls up on the left and they ordered his food first!!! Like what the hell!! And here I am sitting in the drive through. With ten other cars cause they closed all the stalls. At lunch time mind you!!! And I have to be to work in three minutes. I ordered my food online for a reason and I still can’t get my order nor can I leave cause I’m trapped in the drive through. And not to mention I ain’t got time to contact customer support for a darn refund. There’s no excuse for this. Your employees are paid to be there. Tell em to stop turning their ice cream machines off an hour before close too!!!

Poor service, always dark in the whole parking lot as if they are closed, no lights on after dark at all. I was told to park near the building because it was barely raining and they didn't wanna walk out in itParking: Dark no lighting at all outside

Just stay away from this Sonic. We have given up going here, even though we drive by it all the time. The people working at night refuse to take orders after 8pm, then play games about it. They were all standing out in the parking lot hanging out & smoking!This has happened 5 times in the evening, so we drive to Schaad location instead now. Never have had a problem at Schaad.

These folks don't want to be there and it shows! I figured since it was NEW the people would be too, no the vibe is "what do you want?" "Hurry and tell us!" ...Also "don't care you had to wait 20 minutes and here is your sad, melting ice cream in 35° weather(because they made it WHEN you ordered 5 people back) and practically throw your change at your window! Idk about the staff at the stalls but drive-thru is just a thrill!Disclaimer: I know that there is a problem with hiring these days but it really didn't help I saw at LEAST 4 staff members outside talking,smoking and rallied around what I assume was the ONLY off duty member of the group that pulled up blasting his "stereo" while I'm waiting at least 20 minutes for an ice cream cone!

Went to this location before work and waited for about 5 mins before someone answered the drive thru intercom. There was no one in front of me, mind you. They took my order, handed me my food, and I went on to work. I ordered a large pop-corn chicken with a side of ranch. Got to work and noticed that the ranch packets were already open. Put off by this, I threw the order away. Total waste of time and money.

Messed up nearly $20 worth of food. The worst part is that you try to place your order, the worker tells you to wait while she puts in the order, doesn’t confirm any of it to you, and when you get to the window you can’t even talk to anyone because of the music blasting inside the kitchen. Don’t waste your time or money.

It was rainy and I had a long day. Just wanted to sit on my car and eat some dinner. I pulled in, parked, pushed the red button only to be told it's drive thru only. As I pulled up to the drive thru it appeared they had limited staff. I was the only car and as I waited I observed a team member on her pink cell phone, and the other two staff casually walking about preparing my order. They were nice, but definitely not concerned about my time, food or comfort.
