I waited a long time for my food to open it and find mold. I asked to speak to the manager and the manager told me “it was an accident” and that “accidents happen”. This is unacceptable and goes against the health code and food quality.

They ALWAYS forget something. Today, they:(1) didn't put the lid on the drink properly, so it spilled on me(2) put wilted, browned lettuce on my chicken sandwich(3) forgot the wacky pack except the apple juice(4) when told they forgot the wacky pack, they brought out the hot dog and not the apple sauce
