This used to be one of the best pizza places in town, now it may be one of the worst, which in this town is saying a lot. Doughy, lukewarm, and very sparse toppings buried in an inch of dry nauseating cheese. Honestly never seen anything like it.

Just wanted to give a shout out to the crew at this store. My wife and I are there in Wednesday night . Upon getting home we realized she forgot her purse there. I went by Friday morning and they had her purse . Good to know there's still good people out here. Great people and company! Thanks again Stefano's!

Was desperate for some deep dish pizza that wasn't from a chain restaurant so we tried this place. The staff were pleasant and the sauce was wonderful. I dislike overly sweet sauce. They piled on the bacon which I love. The garlic bread (oops, forgot pic) was wonderful and the garlic butter that comes with it was so yummy. Only reason it's a 4 not a 5 is the crust on the pizza was a little heavy and dry. Otherwise a good experience.

This is THE best pizza in Knoxville. True Chicago style pizza with options for wheat or white crust, great tasting pizza sauce, and a variety of toppings. Excellent salad bar and the staff is super nice.

Same pizza today as I ate in 2001. It doesn't change and that is a good thing. Hands down the best pizza I have ever ate. I love the windy city special

Quality deep dish. Cannot fault. Swift service after the staff had a busy night with the Vols beating Bama.

Very good pizza! Sauce was definitely home made. Large portions of Italian sausage, pepperoni and mushrooms! Green peppers were cooked and not crunchy. Crust was similar to a deep dish or Chicago Style Pizza and cooked and not doughy. Price was affordable. Would definitely recommend this place for a good, filling pizza.

Been going here since 1989. This is not Chicago style with the sauce on top.My recommendations:Always whole wheat crust on pizza (not that the white is bad). The sauce is sweet and slightly spicy-- the best in Knoxville. So good, I get extra- (not that they put it on light- but let's go full lasagna pizza ok?).I get the breadsticks on white crust. The white sauce is great too if you like that.If you like that tiny crushed ice--yep they got that too. They don't deliver too far beyond the UT area unfortunatley.

Found was ok. I had salad bar and cheese bread. The staff was really rude and the most disrespectful staff I ever seen. I just got off work and tired looking to retrieve energy. The man long hair , high- pitched voice, goes right over my shoulder and stalks me. The. I get up with courtesy, hand my dishes to the. , He was continuing to be rude. Disrespectful comments. This man doubt has any restaurant experience .

A Knoxville institution of college pizza hang outs! I think they are closing in a few weeks, but hopefully they will find a new spot. I love the veggie supreme on that kind of crust.

Have loved Stefanos since i was a teenager. Cool to be able to go back to a place that hasnt changed 45+ yrs. We sat at the same table that I would sit at while in college at UTK back in the mid 80's.

Pizza sauce tasted like if you got it out straight from a can. Dough more on the bread side and just don't think deserves the stars that has...Never mean to disrespect but that is my humble opinion.

When I travel into town I always call ahead to Stefanos and place my order so we will be waiting on me at the hotel when I check in. I love the crust they put just the right amount of sauce and their customer service is always good.
