I have to say over priced and not worth it!! Been years since I walked in a subway and unfortunately I’m not happy with quality cause it’s 630 pm on a Thursday they break down and put brown lettuce on our subs yuck!!! For sure over priced!!!! Sadly will never return to any subways ? and sorry we will be going to another sub place

Well, I have visited this subway quite a bit, and I'm never disappointed with the lady that normally is there. But this night was different a sandwich artist named Kayla was there sitting in the dining room on her phone and didn't look happy to have people walk in at 6:50 on a Wednesday. Making the first sandwich I asked for bacon to be added , she didn't reply and started on the next one I asked a second time and I got a very quick and hateful toned response of "I'm getting it" . This made myself very uncomfortable and I had my husband finish the order and pay. We did dine in since we didn't want our food to be cold and she went right back to sitting in the dining room watching videos loud enough for us to hear. First bite sandwich is cold and was just over all disappointed in this experience. If you don't like what you do don't do it and find another job kayla.

Only one person working. Took her an hour to buiñd 7 foot longs and two pizzasAttitude was awful. She said she "was ready to walk out that back door.We will not be back.

So, the gentleman that took care of me was nice, but seemed to not want to be there. Someone didn't show up on time. The bread was honestly pretty hard.

Horrible customer service, the woman behind the counter had a attitude and was I guess upset to have to make 3 subs 7 mins before they closed, and she said I had one min to decide or she was closing and I wasn't getting anything cause her computer shuts off at 9:30 even tho i told her it's 9:24 and she really tried to tell me it was 9:29 which was a lie!!! And then I asked her don't yal close at 9:30 as it says on the door and counter, her response was I had one min or nothing and I said it's 9:24 and she said Its not you have one min or nothing. I said nevermind I'll just take my business somewhere else! A place were customers are treated with respect and not with hateful attitude about doing the job they decided to work at. I have been dealing with subway for year's a long time and have never been treated like this before at subway. I doubt this will even be noticed subway because if subway is ok with her work and customer service then I have the feeling that they know how she is.

3 different orders from grubhub and all sandwiches were wrong, today was the final straw. They sent me an Ice Cold Philly Cheese Sandwich. If they are too busy in store to make sure delivery items are correct maybe you should concentrate on in-store sales only. For those that work and cant leave delivery is all we have, Paying a delivery fee for cold or wrong food is Garbage. And yes, it was Grubhub from this Subway in Bearden.

The website said it was open until 9:30p. I went in at 9:10p to get a simple meat and cheese sub, the sign said open and door was open. I went in and the lady behind the counter said "we are closed, why are you in here?" I said the website said it closed at 9:30 and the door was open and sign was on. She told me to get out. Always fun when I'm traveling to have great interactions like this.

So let me say first that my wife brags about this Subway and how good it is. So we showed up there the other day to get a sandwich, and I've never felt more sorry for anyone than I did for the lady working that day. She was confused, overwhelmed, and had no idea what she was doing. It was obvious from watching her weight on the customers ahead of us that this was going to be bad. I would have just left, but I just couldn't do that to her. We went ahead and let her make our sandwiches, but she had no idea what meat went on what sandwich or just how to do the job in general. What kind of management would put someone in that situation by themselves. Shame on you

Tried ordering online only to have the app continually hang up. Subway is the absolute worst, closing before posted hours, no pickup on the phone, etc.
