Try their Matt’s Spicy Ramen, play some arcade games, and catch them during trivia nights for an added layer of fun. They’re usually always a bit busy, but waiting a few minutes for a beer isn’t all that bad with everything going on! Their food service also might take a few extra minutes, but totally understandable with the setup, amount of people getting food/drinks, and only one or two kitchen guys. Great spot in downtown Knoxville
Their service was just ok. I was told to try this place for barrel aged beer. Their selection was quite disappointing

They seem to be having a sewage problem or something. We noticed the smell back in Sept and then decided to try again last week. (Dec)It was still noticeable and we found another place.I really hope this problem gets sorted. I don't typically leave negative reviews. I'm hoping this prompts ownership to do something about the smell. Beyond that, they have great beer, tasty ramen and a cool ambiance.
Pretty wonderful, chill bar. I really miss the pool table though; not enough pool tables in the downtown Knox area anymore. Also super miss the old school dart boards. It seems the hockey arcade games and foosball have taken over pool/darts which caused me not to go as much. The ramen is fire. Great beer selection. Bartenders can be rude/unfriendly which doesn't create a welcoming atmosphere but the concept and location make it worth it.

My Downtown Wednesday cravings lately, Suttree's Matt's Spicy Ramen.... It warms my soul!

We visited Suttree’s two and a half years ago. Now, it’s taken over the storefront next to it, added a giant arcade, and tons of different food. The ramen, however, is better than ever. We ordered the Shin Black bowl and the Veg-O Ramen. The Shin Black was spicy, so be warned, but it’s so good. The smoked brisket is melt in your mouth, the kimchi is great, and the poached egg fits. The miso soup broth is divine too. The highlight of the Veg-O Ramen is the marinated shiitake mushrooms, which are to die for. The miso broth and the kimchi are also great there. The Veg-O is called spicy, but it really wasn’t. We’d highly recommend Suttree’s High Gravity to anyone looking for amazing food!Vegetarian options: The Veg-O Ramen is amazing!Parking: You can park on the street at meters in the area that are $1.50 an hour which isn’t bad at all. However, those fill fast and then it’s a $20 an hour place.Kid-friendliness: The arcade is a good kid area, but there are two bars and food that a kid might not enjoy.
