They are super slow we had a mobile order and we had to wait over 30 minutes to get it. After we ordered it online for pick up.. They need to get their ducks in a row.. This is the slowest fast food restaurant I have ever been to. It's ridiculous.

The food here is consistently terrible. It’s on my way home from work and I’ve given it three or so tries. They rarely get the orders correct and it tastes burnt. I hope the manager/inspectors visit.

If I could give negative five stars I would. This location never has the dining room open, they’re super slow, they don’t make your order correctly, and the red haired lady that took my order is either hard of hearing and doesn’t need to be taking orders or she’s d**** I asked for three tacos and she only rung me up for one. I also asked for a Baja blast freeze and she told me they’re out of strawberry and I had to say Baja blast multiple times and she acted as if she was correcting me when she said Mountain Dew when I wasn’t wrong. She also didn’t seem to have any idea what the Cinnabon delights were. I don’t know if she’s new or what but oh my god she’s horrible to order with.

I rate my experience a 0/5 Stars. 8/12/23 5 pm I ordered the soft taco supreme combo with hot sauce. I got 3 -25% full soft tacos that were room temp not warm, with sour crème absent and fire sauce provided instead of hot sauce. I have had good soft tacos here that were consistent 6 mos ago. I live near this location and have received an inconsistent quality of food here which can only be attributed to inadequate management. A well managed fast food location provides consistent food and ensures their employees are well trained. Seems to have gone down hill in the past few months with skimpy portions and unsatisfactory quality. In comparison, The McDonalds at northshore/Pelisippi is well managed and the food is a consistent portion and quality. I do not recommend this establishment, there is better fast food options close.

Every time I coke to this Taco Bell I get served the wrong food, I’ve come here 5-6 times and every time something has been wrong with my order. I just ordered a Baja Blast and got a diet Baja blast. The employees also aren’t very friendly, they are lazy and act like they don’t want to be there. This is one of the worst Taco Bell’s I’ve been to in my life.

If you are wanting to get a quick bite to eat- this is NOT where you go! You could be served your meal at any sit down restaurant nearby, before you are able to order your food at the drive thru! Was the 4th car in line (just before 2 pm) and took over 20 minutes to order food. We watched at least 6 cars leave the line because it was taking so long. After we finally received our food this is what it looked like when we took it out of the bag. A COMPLETE MESS and not even wrapped.The owner or upper management of this location should try being a guest at their drive thru and evaluate what can be done to correct the issues. This location always takes FOREVER! Definitely room for improvement!

Portions are smaller, prices are higher, service is slower than ever (and orders are incorrect).Paid $17+ for a drink, basic taco with almost no cheese, chicken quesadilla, and a smaller-than-ever nachos Bell grande missing the jalapenos I paid extra for.Taco Bell is finished.
