I do not mind the change up but it would be better for business and respectful to customers to let then know when an ingredient has run out and to ask if that is what they still want.Please fix thisLove you guys

This unassuming little taco truck is my favorite lunch spot in Knoxville. It's best for takeout, since the seating is limited and all outdoors, but the food is delicious the service is friendly and efficient, and the price leaves me feeling like I got a great value because the meal is always perfect and satisfying. It draws a mid-day lunch crowd that can cause longer wait times, but you can call ahead for quick pickup. I'm lucky to work nearby, so I get to eat here a few times a week. Highly recommend.

This is by far the best mexican food I've had around Knoxville. I've tried the Tacos plate, nachos, quesadilla, y the individual tacos and they were all amazing. I usually get asada (steak) as my main meat.Be sure to try the horchata! It's the authentic rice recipe and it's delicious!
