Our waitress was Sherry and she was the best. Definitely will be back here. This was also Sherry's first day on the floor. I went back in to talk with the manager and let them know how well she did. She's very kind hearted. I hope when I go back this weekend she will be my waitress again...Thank you SherryParking: Parking was great at this time of day. I know it can get crowded but I've always been able to park up front.Kid-friendliness: Most certainly kid friendly...Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair accessibility.

We visited this location due to a previous not so good experience at another. We love Texas Road House food & the hospitality we were fortunate to experience with Jerika as our waitress was EXCEPTIONAL! She was TOP-NOTCH! & Service was greatly apprective! We are understanding people.....& so glad we choose to visit the Knox West location. Kudos to you Jerika! THANK U!

Texas Roadhouse has some of the best food. Always friendly staff and great to work with! They also support many organizations like Pedal for Alzheimer's and the fight against Alzheimer's!
The food is great at this location but the service we had last night was outstanding. Out server was Emily and she was the best with the right amount of being attentive enough but not hovering. The shirts they wear says I love my job and Emily certainly acted like she did.
