I would call this a medium size shop packed with some of the best selection of teas from around the world. Pre-packaged in a couple of weights, as well as bulk. Staff is super helpful and knowledgeable of their product. And if you are in for just a cup of tea to take out, or try one you are interested in, they have various sizes of most tea selections and will prepare perfectly. Staff is skilled in how to prepare the right amount and at the right temperature, which is an important feature of enjoying such a beverage. This spot has become my local source for quality loose leave teas of all types.

I forgot to order my monthly tea supply and knew I would be out before it arrived so I searched for a tea shop in Knoxville and found this one. Ordering was simple, text messages with confirmations, changes to delivery, etc. were quick and personalized. The pickup was simple and the tea was absolutely divine. The only reason for 4 stars is the cost. If I could afford it, I would make this my "go to" Rooibos tea.

The allergy relief tea is awesome! My husband was struggling last week and he never drinks hot drinks. I made him a cup and put it on ice. He loved it, felt so much better and notices some benefits to his stomach bloating feeling. A+ in our books!

Unfortunately due to COVID, I wasn't able to experience the full shopping experience inside the shop. But my sister and I ordered online and had a great experience! The selection is vast and unique. The descriptions and images on the website are informative and enticing. We ordered in the late afternoon and our box of goodies arrived THE NEXT DAY! It was so fast. They even included a little note, some stickers, magnets, and a reusable grocery bag. This business is incredible, and I can't wait to make my next purchase!! (PS The pricing is affordable with these great quality teas which makes it all the more encouraging to support local!)

The service we received here was less than friendly. The woman was weirdly condescending, and seemed annoyed that she had to come out of her office to help us. We wanted multiple 2 Oz bags, and she made sure to give us a tight - lipped, rude little smile while informing us that that's the smallest quantity they sell at a time. She didn't seem interested in providing us with any information about the actual tea, such as if a mix was black or green, caffeine content, etc, just kept quickly telling us that whatever we asked about was good and tasted great. She also took forever to measure out our purchases, acting like it was so difficult to bag up so many different types (we bought three different kinds, not exactly a complicated order). I know we didn't exactly break the bank on our order here, and I'm not sure if she was just having a rough day or what, but even if we're only getting a small amount of product, I'd like to not feel like I'm buying it from an annoyed auntie who thinks she's being indulgent and doing me a favor by treating me like a fellow adult human being.
