We stubbled onto this new restaurant and we had a wonderful dinner here. We got the steak crostini for an appetizer and they were cooked to perfection. I enjoyed the crispy fish and chips. My husband had the corned beef and cabbage. Our kiddo loved the Mac& Cheese with bacon added to the top. We will be back and will ask to have Sam as our server again. He was very knowledgeable and attentive. Absolutely recommend trying Thistle & Brier!
My husband and I had a wonderful experience! The service and atmosphere were great. The food was delicious- we ordered pecan crusted chicken and shepherd’s pie. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful shepherds pie paired with a wedge salad and Guinness. If you're looking for authentic food from the British Isles you've found it here. Cozy bar with one television. Nice wine selection by bottle or glass. All very affordable and delicious. Loved watching Jennifer tend bar and manage the whole restaurant. Very attentive and knowledgeable staff.
