I was the first person in the door, with a large order. Only one employee was available and she was great. All the drinks were very good. She had no problem filling the order by herself.

This is the second time I’ve ordered from the Cumberland Avenue location using Uber and they have given me the wrong order both times. Both times they refused to help me fix it. They just send me to Uber. It’s the restaurant who prepares the food for the Uber driver. And I’m just saddened because we loved this place.

When stopping at this location 3 days ago, it was not a good experience at all. I was given an apple that had bruises and soft spots all over it, my smoothie was not made like normal and did not taste the same, and my husband's smoothie was so awful that he took 3 drinks and threw it away. However, several weeks before this, our smoothies were perfect. They were the exact same smoothies ordered both times. We had them to go, so no way to have it fixed at the time. Since we had one really good and one ready bad experience, I'm going in the middle with 3 stars at this point.Hi Caleb - I emailed you 5 or 6 days ago as a followup that you requested. Not sure if it made it to you, but I've received no responses.
