This store closes at 9:00 like all the other stores do! I tried to order some food at 10 minutes to 9:00! A chicken bacon ranch flatbread what I was told was they turn off the ovens at 15 till. No I completely understand wanting to get out at a decent time! I used to work in restaurant. I have 13 years restaurant experience! However, when you know you're serving hot food you know you can't just shut your ovens off until you close. It has me very disappointed in the place that I really like to eat!

This has been my favorite go to on Door Dash for a while now. I’ve always loved their wraps. But the last two times I’ve ordered the wraps they are now noticeably smaller. Same price for a wrap that is about 1/3 the size they have always been. Shame on them. I’ll order elsewhere.

I come to tropical every other day. I find that I have this problem half of the time I come here. I really don't understand why they put so much ice in it. Like the girl put 3 big scoops of ice in my drink. When she pored it, half of my smoothie was still in the blender. It just goes to waste! Like I'm only getting half of my berries and half of my protein.... So it should be half the price! Not happy and won't be coming back. The blonde that made my boyfriends drink only put 2 scoops in. Witch is good! But for the d*** Burnette, you need to look at the directions better.

Twice I have placed online orders and they have been ready at or before the pick-up time. Also they have both been correct. The establishment is clean and the employees have been friendly and professional. One of the better Tropical Smoothies.

Completely disappointed. Ordered the avocado grilled cheese and got literally one slice of bacon and almost no cheese, so just had a SALTY avocado sandwich. Disgusting. I’d give 0 stars if not for the smoothie.*response to owner* it was a pickup order and I did not open my meal until back at work. I would have happily drove back over if I had the time.
Haven’t tried any food, but our smoothies were pretty good. Made quickly. Could be cheaper.

Delicious and Nutritious! I stopped here this morning after a long weekend of indulging in not so healthy foods and drinks. I grabbed some food for myself and some smoothies to bring to my friends who were hard at working moving apartments. This is exactly what I needed to get back on track with my diet. I definitely recommend the detox smoothie and the chicken pesto flatbread. Awesome service with a smile!

Food is very good. They had just served our food and said ‘Enjoy’ and we had actually taken a few bites of our food. However, we were then informed they closed at 8:00 pm and we could no longer be in the restaurant after they closed and had to leave. So we sat on the curb to eat the remainder of our meal. If they had just informed us of this when we walked in we could have gone somewhere else. I guess ‘The Almighty Dollar’ outweighs common courtesy.

I do enjoy this place they have island green smoothie that is pretty good kale smoothie and it's vegan so that's. Plus I like all the other food options also it's quite fresh and tasty all the options they have here this place is right next to naf naf so get some food at naf naf and then a smoothie here !

Service is always excellent!!A small discrepancy in consistency depending on who's working...but never had any issues!I always get the same thing but today I tried their new Tropical teriyaki Flatbread..no quality issues but I did not like that at all...I'll stick to my favorite..southwest wrap.Always great friendly service!
