We have been regulars at union jacks for years, but a young addition to the family has limited our time recently. I say that to say this, the service has gone downhill tremendously lately and getting any of the bartenders, besides Teddy, to acknowledge you is almost impossible at times. It’s understandable when they are busy, but tonight there were MAYBE 10 people around the bar coming and going and we waited for about 45 minutes while sitting at the bar for a bartender to acknowledge that drinks our drinks were gone. We planned on staying out and ordering food, which is normally great and only got a 1 star review on this because we couldn’t get anyone to pay attention for us to order it. Out of the 45 minutes we were there 2 bartenders were walking around and doing stuff for about 10 minutes, the rest of the time they were talking to people right beside us and still couldn’t get one to acknowledge that we were trying to order other stuff. Again, we haven’t been the “regulars” we once were because of a toddler, but we still go out when we can get a babysitter and union jacks is always our go-to. We understand bartenders want to catch up with regulars or friends that may be sitting at the bar when it’s not busy, but tonight was just the tip of the iceberg for our recent experiences with hardly any service. It’s been an ongoing issue and seems to get worse every time we go back.

They let men in who repeatedly make women uncomfortable. This man got kicked out but was standing outside the bar clearly waiting for people to come out and only ordered his Uber when he was confronted outside the bar. Do not come here if you're a woman. As a woman.

I love this place! I have been going here for a while and it is a wonderful place, especially on the weekends. I wish they had Hexagon’s White Chocolate Buddha and Chocolate Baby Jesus on tap. The jam nights are fun!

I know they serve food here but I don't think I've ever eaten here. This is a chill place to hang out and have a beer while you play pool or darts.Great beer selection. One of the first places I enjoyed actually having a beer 20 something years ago.
