I have tried out a few Vietnamese restaurants around here in Knoxville and so far this is the one that I like the most. I ordered the shrimp egg rolls and beef pho and my friend ordered grilled chicken bánh mì. We both liked and enjoyed our food, especially that was our first time there. ??

This place was very tasty and fresh. You get a good portion of food for a good price. We got the spring rolls which were very fresh and yummy with the sauce. I got the vermicelli in the picture. It’s beautiful and delicious. My kids age 4 and 6 split the pad Thai from the kids menu and still had leftovers. I’m comparing to authentic foods near DC where I used to live and I would definitely recommend this place. The other Asian restaurants in Knoxville always give me a belly ache (maybe because of too much bad oils??), but this place was not like that at all. It’s always a good sign to see Vietnamese people working and eating in a Vietnamese restaurant. Yum!!

First time visit. Fist off, minus 2stars for the sauce bottle on the table. At least try and present your restaurant as if you have pride in your establishment. I ordered the Grilled Pork Vermicelli and a coke zero. There was nothing grilled about the pork. I would even venture to say it may have been heated in microwave, it had that texture. Mostly fatty pieces with little meat. Noodles and vegetables were ok at best. Drink tastes like it came from a fountain that hasn't been cleaned in years. Overall, definitely would not recommend. I will drive the extra 2 miles to Pho 99....but I wanted to try this place. Pho 99 is hands down 100 times better. Will not return.

So good always! My favorite is the #14 - Special Soup. My wife and I also tried the chicken dumplings which were good but not great. Not what my wife was expecting. The in restaurant portions are three times the size of the to go orders, but both are equally great.

Service was amazing!!!! I can see a difference that there is a new owner and has done amazing around the restaurant. Food was delicious even got to take home some food because portions are so big! Great prices and have I mentioned the service?! I will definitely will come back to eat here with my family ?

A seriously good restaurant. All of the pho selections are hot and full flavor, with a soup base that has my husband and I visiting at least once a week. We have sampled around the menu and the chicken salad appetizer is a home run too, it’s just so hard to not get pho here! And he always eat it all!

Very good food. The seafood soup was great. The tofu spring rolls were amazing. I would have given 5 stars, but the bathroom was out of paper towels.

It's a fairly unassuming place stuffed into a shopping center. The service was quite friendly, The food is yummy and overabundant, lots of choices. I don't know why one would order an appetizer here because it keeps you from being able to eat your pho... Not that you would ever be able to eat as much as they give you anyhow. You would have to be a family of 4 to eat one bowl. We ate at a different pho restaurant before and did not learn our lesson. Order one bowl and share it or you will be eating pho all week. Another nice feature is that they serve papers straws.

The most authentic Vietnamese restaurant in Knoxville! PLeasantly surprised by the different summer rolls. The vegetarian Pho was delicious, just look at it! Not sure if that 2 star review was a cut and paste job.The grilled shrimp was mind blowing. and of course the Pho. We went for lesser known Viet dishes and were absolutely enthralled. The only thing prettier than the food...are the customers! I have never seen so much diversity in one restaurant and it was so friggin' awesome. What's even more awesome is the Wait Staff are non-Vietnamese and educated me on what is what, so kudos to those super heroes!!

This place was very nice and welcoming to eat in. I was able to enjoy some viet taste spring rolls, and some Vietnamese pho. I really like how comfortable this place is, especially I like the ambient music that was playing. I'll be back soon to get my occasional pho.

Enjoyed the atmosphere, great service. Happy to have a gluten free option. Will definitely come back again, thank you all?

I thought the food was great. Really authentic dishes. I had a great selection of summer rolls. I had the grilled shrimp dish. Incredible seasoning. so I'm not sure what nutcase couldn't taste the flavor. The Pho they made is clean and aromatic. They also make dishes you won't find anywhere in Knoxville. Based on me going to three Viet places.Really stunning how diverse the crowd is. I saw beautiful couples and their kids from everywhere. The greatest delight was the wait staff, cute, kind and so knowledgeable about Vietnamese food. Kudos to the staff, cook and owner!

We are sitting here and it has been over an hour since we've ordered and 2 of the bowls of pho still have not come out. I understand they are short staffed but other tables are getting their order and done eating before we have received our full order. We have complained multiple times about this and all have fallen to deaf ears. You have lost our business. We will be going to Pho 99 and Sticky Rice from now on. Avoid this place if you are eating with more than 4 people and do not want to wait over an hour for a bowl of noodles. It's not rocket science...

We were looking for the vibrant flavors from our favorite Vietnamese cafe back home... this was a far cry below that standard, in our opinion.Food was cooked well, but flavors weren't there. I ordered Garlic Tofu & Vegetable which I could not taste any garlic in, nor did I see evidence of actual garlic. Was going to order Vegetable Noodle Soup, but when we asked what kind of broth it was cooked with, the server said BEEF was the only broth they had. Sad that they think veggie dishes can be made with Beef Broth...But, we will strike this one off our list and try another restaurant next time we want Vietnamese food or Pho.

Viet Taste is always good. Now my choices have been limited to pho, spring or summer. The rare beef pho is really tasty. So is the seafood. They put lots of seafood in it. Hey are quick and always courteous. For me it's here or Bida Saigon. You can't go wrong with either one.
