The food was excellent, we sat at a table instead of at a grill since my wife's food had to be prepared in the back. They can make dishes gluten free and they will use GF soy sauce or Teriyaki as long as you bring it. Our server was very busy, but she did a good job despite having too many tables.Dietary restrictions: They can prepare most items gluten free and will use the sauce you bring. Their only GF sauce is the Yum Yum sauce.

There is really nothing I could complain about as well as nothing I could praise. Just average place where I am not going to go next time. So far I did not find any perfect sushi place in Knoxville. Nothing compares to I love sushi in Nashville or a little bit lower level Fuji Hibachi & Sushi place in Cookeville.
