Slowest drive Through known to man. It’s slow when the interior is empty. It’s even slower when there are no cars in the drive through. You will have all the time in the world to ponder why the hell you’re waiting for no reason.

No response in drive thru then when they did respond it was rude saying they only had too people working and we just gonna have to wait and then I decided to go elsewhere where no treated so bad I wouldn’t have minded to wait if he had not been so
Waited in line in the drive thru for 20 minutes before making it to the ordering board. Was asked to "hold just a second" before ordering. Heard the employee on the headset say, "I can't wait no more, i gotta pee.". Then nothing. silence. 10 minutes passed and nothing. Had a carful of hungry people, we gave up and left.

The last few times I’ve stopped by the drive thru at this location, it’s taken me 20+ mins to get my food. That’s not an exaggeration & I didn’t even start timing it til I realized it was taking a really really long time. Today, I saw 2 cars ahead of/behind me leave the drive thru line, I assume because they were tired of waiting. Understaffed maybe?

We ordered 3 large seasoned potatoes one morning and received 3 large orders of potatoes that were lukewarm at best. We went inside to complain about our order, and Mr. Reggie (Manager) came out and turned our complaint into a pleasant experience. He was kind, apologetic and very respectful with how he spoke to the employees and my wife and I as customers. Today they made our potatoes hot to order. We are very reasonable people. In other words, we do not expect our potatoes hot to order each time. We just prefer that they are closer to warm and hot rather than cold to warm. Please commend the restaurant manager, Mr. Reggie for his very professional handling of this one of many visits to Wendy's Restaurant. Please have a terrific day!Thank you, Earl & Carla
