I ordered a fish sandwich plain for my daughter. Was asked to pull forward to wait on it to be cooked. Waited 12 minutes before it was finally brought to me only to find it was wrong and covered in the sauce after requesting plain. Took it inside and asked for one that is correct. Waiting another 10 minutes only to be handed one that was hard as a rock and literally made sounds as we attempted to break a piece off the filet. Once again returned inside to be told "sometimes that's how the breading looks." Just not true. If my child is at risk of breaking a tooth on a fish filet, it's not cooked correctly.

Well I've never liked Wendy's and never will. I've gotten sandwiches with green slime for lettuce. Once all one of the workers took their hand up the inside of their shirt and scratch their armpits and then go right back to touching food. Like Wendy's is just nasty.

The drive-thru person was so friendly and the food was hot and fresh, I also got a free ☕️ coffee because the drive-thru person said she was sorry for the delay. In ordering, which wasn't more than a minute.

I am a true connoisseur of Wendy’s, have eaten it all over the world and I haven’t had a burger that good from Wendy’s in almost 2 decades, maybe even three friendly service fast clean it’s a rarity today to actually go to a fast food place and be treated like you’re getting full service. Thank you. I appreciate it. My meal was delicious.
Dylan was so delightful helping our family today. He took the time to make sure we all had everything we needed and with such positive energy!

Used to be the fast place for lunch if you worked around hardin valley rd.Absolutely horrible now. Sitting in drive thru for 10 minutes and not moved. Am 3rd person in line at the speaker and there is no one in front of the person at the speaker.
