Unfortunately, I should have seen the sign as my sign to go to a different location. I pulled in around 1030p. with 3-4 cars in front of me. When I get to the menu/speaker to order, there's a sign stating they are short-handed for the evening. I'm very empathetic to these situations, especially in the service industry. I've been there and done that. The associate taking my order was polite and didn't sound overwhelmed. This demeanor continued through my entire exchange with the restaurant.It wasn't until I got home with the food and bite into the burger (same with my wife's) that the issue arose. The meat for the burgers had apparently been cooked and left out for a long time. The meat was dry, bone dry, giving it a much different texture (crumbly) and a weird flavor. It was not edible. To go back out late to get more food or call and make a fuss on a night when the team was already under pressure seemed like a possible tipping point. Before leaving the drive thru, I told the associate that it might feel like no one noticed his hard work today but to keep it up. It was to be commended to be there with a good attitude, and if he does, then in time, his work will be recognized.Hopefully, this concern is something that was noticed and addressed before this review. If not, then my hope is that this be a reminder that great customer service can't be the only thing that's good. Even when you're short staffed, it's equally important to maintain quality in food, cleanliness, and how customers are treated.

Roger, the man at the window, was extremely polite and energetic, and that's something that you just love to see in fast food. My food was all hot and fresh, and absolutely delicious as well! All in all, I definitely had a 10/10 experience tonight at this Wendy's, and I will absolutely be coming back. Keep up the good work!

I am not ones to leave reviews but, I ordered 2 honey butter chicken biscuits, and what I got was the nasty dollar menu chicken patties on my biscuits. It was so soggy and gross. They first forgot chicken on one of my biscuits, and then we didn't notice they put cheap chicken patties until we started eating. (I get them a lot, so i know the chicken thats supposed to be used). Also, a few weeks ago, there was a huge chuck of mold or something gooey in my sons tea. Had I not noticed it and told them he would've gotten very ill. No joke. I should've taken a picture! This location is so nasty and bad I'll never be back again!

Not an ideal place to stop while traveling. I should have checked my bag, and inspected my food. I ask for things I'm allergic to too be left off. My surprise, the items I requested to be omited was in abundance. As some one traveling, it was not convenient to turn around. However, my big boy loves anything that isn't his dog food.

We went to Wendy's yesterday and it was terrible fries I had to ask 3 times for them to be hot and my hamburger was not right the buns was hard and the managers that was there working was terrible and we could hear them cussing in the area where you fix the food and they charged me more for the chili than what the sign was the person who was taking orders how on a mask but would take it down to talk to you. I asked who there boss was and the manager said that they were in Florida just a bad place to go eat on Sunday afternoon .I know the store manager down at Wendy's in halls and I know that she would not let this happen when she there but she can't be there all the time but I know yesterday was terrible and the store was dirty and I have pictures of the store

Its a Wendy's so the food is usually decent but the staff are most times kind and try to be fast with making your order.Kid-friendliness: They have nuggets and burgers that are smaller as well as having small meals meant for a kid or someone who isn't as hungry.
