I ordered curbside today through the Zaxby’s app. After sitting here for 30 minutes (they were busy and I have worked in the food industry before, so try to be extremely patient) and checking in multiple times because I still had no food, I went inside. I was told they don’t have curbside at this location. I pointed to the sign on the sidewalk that literally says curbside and tells you to check in. She said yeah I know but we don’t do it here and next time you will know to just come on in. I have attached a photo of the sign, as it’s very clear they have curbside. My cold food was decent considering how long it had sat, so I can only imagine it would have been wonderful fresh.

This place is phenomenal we live closer to the one on miller place in Knoxville so we usually go there and they always get our order wrong and are rude and unprofessional but this Zaxby's we spent over $100 and ordered many different things and not even one item was incorrect they were great ?

Cool campus hangout. Watched some football, ate some chicken, and enjoyed. The man cleaning up the tables was amazingly friendly.
