Food was terrible! Contacted cooperate. Got an email with an apology and an to replace order. Went back to restaurant and the replacement was even worse. I took pics and sent to that same address. To this day, no response! Please don't waste your money! Go to the other location on Kingston!

Three times in a row, I've come to this location and gotten a salad for lunch and ordered a light lemonade. I eat a salad and order the sugar free lemonade because I'm diabetic. Three times in a row that I've gotten lunch here, the "sugar free" lemonade has caused a spike in my blood sugar. On previous trips I've actually corrected them when they "forgot" that I'd ordered the sugar free drink. I understand they're busy, but that's something you simply can't disregard. When you do things that that you're impacting someone's health. Please pay attention to what you're giving your customers.

I go thru this one all the time and typically I have great service but tonight was horrible. While I understand they get busy but refusing to give me my child’s food is not okay. I ordered thru the app for drive thru pick up I went and picked it up got not even two seconds out of the parking lot realized my kiddie finger meal was missing and my kiddie cheese was missing the fries so I turned around to go get it. I got to the window the worker there was nice and knew I had just came thru but her manager made her ask for my receipt I told her she didn’t give me a printed one but I had it on my phone so I pulled it up and she said okay he’s making me ring it in but you don’t have to pay and asked again what was missing so I told her the kiddie cheese was missing fries and then I was missing a kiddie finger meal but did get the drink already. She had me wait a few min handed me a bag and I should have opened the boxes but I didn’t until I got home and realized it was fries. I called and the manager that answered was RUDE and refused to give me the chicken tenders to the kiddie finger meal and told me I had to call his GM so needless to say I ended up giving my daughter half my food.

If you enjoy BRUTAL VOMITING for 12 hours straight try a Zaxby’s SALAD. 2 of us had the salad. 2 of us got deathly ill. I doubt they wash their hands because it’s pretty obvious the employees hate working there. I was a 10 year customer at this store. NEVER AGAIN! Ever since Covid they have never recovered. Bad service, bad food, less portions, higher prices. I used to love this place.

Ordered through drive thru. Order wings and things. Didn’t get any utensils or napkins or sauss I asked for. I eat in my car for lunch and couldn’t eat the boneless wings because I had nothing to eat them with. Edited : Link they sent below doesn’t even work. Pretty bad

We ordered food, they then told us, after coming to the front, to pull further up and wait since our food was taking a bit. We waited 10 minutes, then went back and asked them what was happening, even showing our receipt. The workers then had a hostile discussion with eachother, certainly not indicative of a postive work environment. We waited another 10 minutes, and still no food. We only received our drinks. Money stolen from us by this establishment.

Never come here after 9:30, they take over 20 minutes at the drive thru, it’s a bunch of kids at the window just playing around with no customer service, so after that time I ask where my food is then to be told they have to make everything from scratch so I just say okay and then the manager comes out screaming to move my car as if they told me before. Never seen such a bad display from zax, then to be petty they burnt my sandwich black even the bun was burnt to a crisp
I have eaten at this Zaxby’s for years as I have worked just a half mile away for the last 26 years. The last time I was in the restaurant it was dirty, drink station area was gross and the people behind the counter were fussing at each other. But today I thought I would try the drive through again for a grilled Cobb salad. Two times previously, it came out with fried chicken instead of grilled chicken and didn’t realize this till I got back to my office at the last couple of times I did get grilled chicken and the chicken is cut into such large pieces. There is no way a normal person could get it in their mouth. They only give you a fork no knife, so I’m not sure how they expect you to eat it. So today I’m making this review and I’m adding a photo as you can see the fork is beside a piece of chicken that is bigger than it is (cut the chicken into bite size!) along with the ends of a cucumber that should never be in a salad! In my opinion this is a management issue, train your people better and make corrections when needed. Quality control is everything in a restaurant! Truly I use to like Zaxby’s grilled chicken salad better than Chick-Fil-a but until this restaurant steps up their service I’ll be going elsewhere.

So when I passed the Zaxby’s up on Kingston Pike, I noticed it was pitch dark so I thought it was closed. Then I go to call and this young man answers the phone. He was sort of polite. He said oh of course we’re open and I’ll turn the lights on right now and this is (30 minutes before it closes). so I turned around and go to the drive-through and some young lady rudely says that they are closed and when I said I called and talked to somebody and they said they were open she wanted to know who in a very ghetto, unprofessional voice. Now,I used to be a assistant GM at fast food so I get it but if you are representing my store in a unprofessional fashion, then something needs to be changed the GM should do his job… Zaby's y’all have got to do better because it’s like this every time I go or every time I try to go….!!!!!!!
