I was here on Sunday, March 10, 2024. The inside was full of homeless people, one was even sleeping in a booth! I immediately turned around and left with my grandchildren. The management needs to be aware of this atmosphere!

On this particular day, I'm rating poor. I ordered a Big Zax Snack with an extra side of Buffalo sauce. Instead, they covered my chicken in the Buffalo sauce and gave me a Ranch. Normally, I get what I order, and the value is good.

We have been here a dozen times but this time they had a very nice guy named TREY working the lobby. He had a great attitude and was doing a super job.

Bottom of bun was hard as a brick. Machine in lobby out of ice. Drink was totally flat. Workers in back were cussing loudly. You know.... Typical fast food restaurant nowadays.

The absolute worst customer service experience I have ever seen and received. The older lady running the cash register was so mad that they were busy she was rude to everyone who came in to order. When I stood at the pick up counter waiting on my food. She barked at me for standing there. Where else was I supposed to stand. I was out of everyone's way, quietly waiting on my order. I will never come to your restaurant again. That experience was enough for me. 2 years of eating there regularly and she now put a stop to that. I hope an owner or manager reads this and does something about it

The interaction was so pleasant, I told the gentleman serving me "If you're that nice to people, you know they'll just come back!" The zalad was huge, fresh, and delicious. I do have to say that this location on Cedar Bluff Rd in Knoxville is a booger to get in, only access is the back parking lot alley, but it's worth it.
